Real Property Management is a very good company! They are professional. I have never had any problems what so ever with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We foolishly used them for a little over a year before finally switching to another management co. We lived out of the state while they managed our property in West Jordan, and we had many issues with them throughout the term. The worst of it came when a pipe burst in the winter between tenants due to the furnace being off. They pointed the finger at us somehow, and in the end it resulted in a major insurance claim.
Communication was always poor, and it was very clear that they were unorganized. Even today, 6 months after dropping them, they emailed us claiming we owed them $ 120 for re-​keying our locks, and even threaten to send it to collections. The fact is we paid them 6 months ago, and have a cashed check to prove it. We had many instances like this while using them.

Watch out. They charge TOP DOLLAR on repair fees.
