I was very impressed with this guy Derek at first. Answered my emails very promptly. Came out to my work to install my remote start/​car alarm. That’s when the problems started. He locked my keys and the remote inside the vehicle. Had to call a locksmith to open my door and get the keys out. I started having problems with the car not remotely starting at first, now the stupid thing starts randomly, the alarm goes off randomly, and if you leave the car unlocked, the turn signal lights stay on and won’t turn off unless you arm the alarm by locking the doors. I told him about these issues and he promptly replied that he would take a look at it, and that’s the last I’ve heard from him. I suggest you go to a real installation store where they guarantee their work and you can go to them if you have a problem.
