In a pinch (when you need to make copies or ship something right away) — I’m sure this place is just fine. I’ve used them a number of times for escrow papers and faxing. The cost of the per-​page faxing was so high I bit the bullet and went to Staple’s and bought a printer with scanning and faxing capabilities. Something like two-​bucks a page! They do have free WiFi and a few small work-​stations … but the cost of using their printers makes it prohibitive.
Besides, there is only street parking and all the slots are metered by the City. You can drop $ 20.00−30.00 easily at this place… and that’s just for a few copies and a handful of faxes. There has to be a better way!
As for shipping… I prefer any of the UPS Stores scattered around the city!

With a friendly and helpful staff and a full line of all the typical FedEx and Kinko’s services this store is hard to beat. This location offers late hours (open from 7 AM until midnight) and is just across the street from the University of Utah.
