Staff is very helpful and quick in service. Appreciate all and love FedEx. Center is near and clean and have all facilities what anyone would like to have at one place.

I wanted to give credit to two people who went above and beyond today. I ordered a package a week+ ago and received notification that it shipped and should be delivered at 4:30 on Monday(today). I planned the day around signing for the package and came home to find. no package. I waited a few hours to give the delivery person a chance… but still no package. I called the main number and was told it is still at the airport. Although they could not connect me to the airport directly, the rep said that she sent a message to the branch and that they will give me a call once they locate the package. Long story short, 2 hours later I get a call saying they are still looking. I appreciated that, but also asked what time they close so that I could come to pick it up. 8:30. I got on the train and came in just in time. As I was running to the office I get a call that says«sorry ma’am, not going to deliver it today, stuck on the ramp.» I had just run by the ramp so I retraced my steps to see if someone could help me there… In the meantime the front desk fellow locks me out. I called the customer service line back and got in touch with Christina, who patiently got a hold of the ramp supervisor and connected the two of us. Not 5 minutes later Matt came out, jotted down my tracking number and found my package(along with the frazzled Indian gentleman who told me he doesn’t have it). I just wanted to acknowledge that Matt Miller and Christina went above and beyond to help me and get the package on time. Yes, I realize one day difference is a first world problem, but I am so glad that such responsive people work at this FedEx. I really appreciated them today! Kudos!
