Floral Accents

Very disappointed, never again will I order from this establishment. They didn’t make my Mother’s day delivery, so I had to settle for a Monday instead. They were rude and lacked customer service skills and tact in communicating. To top it off the flowers did not look like the picture. Makes me think they used whatever they had leftover from the holiday rush.

Received flowers from the boyfriend from them. It was beautiful! The arrangement and flower choices were gorgeous and of quality. From my experience, I found their customer service to be satisfactory.

Very disappointing! Their pictures on the website are not representative of what you get and they didn’t even deliver the balloon I ordered! When I called to inquire I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then told, «sorry, I just forgot» and they couldn’t deliver until the next day… I don’t think that’s how birthdays work. Needless to say I won’t be using their service again. Horrible customer service.

I have been using their services for years even though I have never been to the shop physically as I live in California. They have accomedated all requests and have never failed me. To be honest, Floral Accents has made me look good with their decorative selections. I will forever be their long distance customer and continue using them.
The recepients have always complimented me on the taste of arrangements. When it comes down to it, it was this shop that chose it for me. Thank you Floral Accents for making me look good over the years. The customer service here is one on one and each order is handled personally.
Prices here are pretty resonable and they have a wide variety of selections that can be overwhelming. Luckily they have a great staff that can assist with every occassion.
