Looking for a sandwich and bottle of water to stash for my flight brought me to Fresh Market To Go. Apparently, Fresh Market is a local grocery chain in the SLC area.
Always a sucker for a good chicken salad sandwich, their chicken salad croissant was quite good. All white meat chicken, nicely seasoned and just enough finely-​chopped celery and onion blended with adequate mayo to provide a creamy consistency. I don’t usually expect much from airport sandwiches, but this was actually enjoyable.
