Great place — not just for coffee, but for delicious sandwiches and great nachos.

The coffee was OK and the gentleman serving it was friendly in a forced kind of way. But even with all that I would of given a better review if it wasn’t for my general experience. My wife, our son and myself went there for a warm drink before the dog park. Our son was somewhat hungry so when I saw on the menu in the drive thru that there was a «Kiddie Deal» that included a half sandwich, a BAG of chips and a hot chocolate, steamer or soda I thought it was a perfect deal. So then my wife went in while I stayed outside with the dogs. She came back out and said the guy behind the counter argued that the hot chocolate wasn’t included and on top of that just threw some chips from a BAG into the tray my sons sandwich was in I was upset. How can you advertise one thing then not honor it, then argue with your customer about a sign you put up? So now my OK coffee and my OK barista mixed with the shops inability to do as advertised leads me to think this place doesn’t deserve my money or yours.

Well, I just spent about 10 minutes sitting at your drive through window and I did not see one person. I honked my horn, turned my car off and on to maybe trigger one of the employees that there’s a customer at the window. But, still nothing. If you’re going to have a drive thru, I suggest utilizing it and checking on it since you don’t have any kind of «bell» to let the employees know that someone is there. Extremely disappointed with this place.

I have loved eating at Bruce’s for years. He has the best tuna sandwich that I’ve been able to find, you can’t beat the coffee either. It’s a drive for me to get to, but whenever I’m in the area I swing by.

I first started coming here because it’s within throwing distance of my house. I had never been to a coffee shop other than Starbucks before this so I was pleasantly surprised by the drinks Bruce made! The chai latte is my favorite but I’ve never gotten a drink from Jitterbug that I haven’t liked.

Best drive through coffee in salt lake. That don’t mean it’s the best coffee but the best one with a drive through!

Great coffee. Nicer people. I like this place so much more than the big chains. One time I came here and Christmas Eve and he gave me my drink for free.

This place is amazing, 5 stars is not enough! The coffee is the best, hands down, and the prices are great. The food is all fresh, made to order and delicious, served in a super cute atmosphere. But, lets talk about the real gem of this place, Bruce. You won’t find a better guy at any of the other coffee shops. He is super nice, funny, and quick with your order. I live 4 houses down from a great coffee shop, but always drive right past it on my way to class and hit up Jitterbug’s, it can’t be beat. Go there, you will love it!

Bruce is such a great small business owner! I always order the toffee mocha, and he makes it perfect everytime. This is one of my fav go-to coffee shops now. :) In fact, my non-coffee drinking fiancé now drinks coffee due to this place.

I love Bruce’s guts(the owner). He’s a great business man. I’ve been coming to the jitter bug off and on for 10 years and no matter how long I stay away, he always remembers me when I come back. And he does $ 2 lattes Mon — Fri from 4 – 6 pm. Awesome!

I accidentally stumbled upon this coffee house the other day, and man am I glad I did! It has adorable 50’s décor. They had board games and instruments. The owner was friendly and made me a ‘Bugs Juice’ coffee that was divine, dare I say the best I’ve found in Utah? Great price, wonderful coffee and good karma for supporting a local business!

This is my first review I’ve done on Unilocal, and I do it because the owner(Bruce) runs a great coffee shop and cares about what he does. Jitterbug is the perfect place to go if you want to grab some coffee or snacks in a relaxing, homey environment.

This little coffee shop is awesome. Bruce is such a great small business owner. Try the Chocolate Mocha Chia, with cinnamon on top! It is so great. We sat around speaking to Bruce about his business, and he tries to take care of his customers. I also tried the peachberry smoothie! It is to die for! I hope this place sticks around.

Skip that ubiquitous chain ¼ mile away, and head to Jitterbug. With adorable Betty Boopish styled décor, café tables and a living room area, Jitterbug is one place you’ll want to hop on over to for your cup of joe. The proprietor, Bruce, is an amiable guy with a love for music. He’s created a coffee shop that’s as comfortable as your living room — complete with mod sofa and love seat for those who prefer to be a bit more chill. Two guitars, an acoustic and electric, are propped and ready to play. A few tables for those who want to dine on breakfast offerings or pastries, cute décor, a personable owner, no lines and great specials make Jitterbug a place to boogie on over to.

I’m not going to be the first to break from the 5 star trend here. I unfortunately don’t get around to this place often enough to be a regular yet. But it’s good enough just to be a fly on the wall and live vicariously through the regulars that sip coffee, make smart ass comments towards each other, and exchange banter about whatever happens to come up. They don’t seem to mind the eavesdropping one bit so you don’t have to be embarrassed if someone who is not talking to you makes you chuckle a bit. The ambiance has somewhat of a classic rock American throwback vibe with ample reading material ranging from National Geographic to a giant picture book on the history of electric guitars. I always get a tall Americano which is very good. I know they have sandwiches, breakfast burritos, pastries, and other breakfast stuff as well but I have not gotten around to trying any of the food yet. Afterthought: The last time I was here I noticed that I had lost my punch card which had 2 or 3 stamps on it. The owner Bruce gave me a new card and punched it until it was almost full. I wish I could tack on another star.
