Jungs Alterations

The owner is super nice and she is very good at her craft. We dropped off my daughter’s prom dress and it turned out very nice. We are very happy. Thank you Jung.

I went here for the first time recently (after finding the adorable website through google) and had a great experience. Jung is a sweet woman originally from South Korea who has a small and personable shop in a strip mall that is warm and inviting with a small seating area, an elevated place for you to stand in front of a mirror while she pins the adjustments, and a fitting room along with her workspace area and other projects. The moment you walk in (anytime, no appointments needed) she greets you warmly and is so attentive throughout the fitting. She has a calendar full of scheduled work at least a week out, so be sure to ask her up front if you need something quickly. I found her prices reasonable to slightly above average ($ 12 pants leg hem, add $ 5 for lining, around $ 30 to shorten suit jacket sleeves with buttons and lining alteration), she is willing to negotiate a bit depending on your item/​quantity, and the work she did when I returned was excellent – at first glance I thought nothing had been done because it looked just like it did off the rack. She even attached the button she had removed to the label inside a small baggie exactly like the stores do. I will note that sometimes her English can be a bit hard to understand. I will definitely be coming back in the future and enjoy giving my business to such a sweet lady.
