If Unilocal allowed negative stars, these guys would be a negative 5. Absolutely, by far, the worst company, let alone storage company, I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. While I was deployed with the Marines in Iraq, my wife was forced to move shortly after giving birth, and with our additional other small children, she needed a temporary storage solution. These guys lied to her, and in the end took advantage of her desperate and vulnerable situation, and ripped us off. When I attempted to contact them to ask for a refund, they ignored my numerous internet contact submissions, and the listed email on their website doesn’t actually exist. It was only after I got on them through Facebook that they responded. And the response was, in essence, a big screw you.
So if you want to support a company who rips off a Marines family while he is in combat, go here. If you want the worst customer service of your life, rent from them. If you want dishonesty and manipulation, these are your guys. If you want to do business with the worst, these guys are it.
