I’ve dealt with this company several times over the past year. Most of my dealings have been good– but most of my dealings have been selling my old equipment to them.
I just had them handle a repair issue for me — mostly because they have been so good to me on the trades/​sells — but the repair service was horrible. Overpriced and they did not actually fix the problem. After getting my newly fixed macbook air back from them, it would not even boot up properly, the lid/​hinges are loose, and (quite frankly) it looks worse than when I dropped it off.
As far as repair work, I would recommend staying away from these folks.
