Place looks sketchy not cute it looks dead … I got the carne asada fries and the flavor of the carne(meat) was not tasteful at all … I really don’t recommend this place

Pretty much everyone saying that you wait forever to get your food is correct. I’ve been here a few times. Middle of the night shit. I love steak quesadillas. But what in the fuck kind of meat is that? Grade D but edible?. I always finished them but not here. The cheese??? It changes from one rubber to another??. The chili verde burrito. Something is terribly wrong with the meat?. They all have the same style shit but if you’re used to betos or rancheritos then stick to it.

This place is terrible. Bad customer service and nasty food. When I pulled up to the drive thru, the guy didn’t even let me finish speaking and asked, «anything else?». Didn’t confirm my order or add any hot sauce or napkins. I asked for extra guac, and they gave me like 2 tablespoons of «guac». You know, the kind of stuff that really isn’t guac. Never. Again.

Customer service is horrible! When you place an order they get the order wrong. When we gave our order to the lady, she cut us off. When we pulled up to the window, we again confirmed that there would be no egg in one of the orders. She said no egg would be in the burrito. We got home, there was egg in the burrito. We went back, the cashier lady was rude and walked away from my fiancé when he was talking to her. Customer service is everything even if the food is good. Because of her attitude we will never go there again. P. S. If you are looking for good customer service and bigger and better burrito’s, visit the Beto’s on 3500 South and 2785 West(East of the Embassy Suite Hotel) they are no more than 3 minutes from the Taylorsville location.

Open 24 hours for those midnight munchy crunchies, selection is same as all midnight burrito places, very good.

RIDICULOUSLYAWFUL experience… and this isn’t the first time! I always try to give this place a chance again and again but it constantly disappoints! DON’T GOHERE! Try Rancheritos, Betos, or Albertos before here!!! I’m not sure if it was too early for the drive-thru window employee but she took SOLONG to get to me(I was the only other car in the drive-thru lane and couldn’t see anyone in the actual building besides her) and THEN she got my order wrong. Funny thing is, she repeated everything I said and it still wasn’t right??! I’m SO upset to waste my time and money here. NEVER going here again and you bet I will talk about my terrible experiences for years to come! Get your act together, LOSBERTOS!!!

Yesterday was my first time there. The service could have been a whole lot better. It took the lady forever to acknowledge us as well as to take our orders, not did she ask enough questions for our satisfaction. The food however was very good, it didn’t take too long to get. For some reason it took the cashier longer to get me my horchata than it took to get my food.

I end up eating here more than I should admit. The food is fresh, the menu varied. California or carne asada burritos are my 24-hour go-to. Mr H. prefers thick puffy tortillas, but I love these thin ones! Their pickled carrots are a must-have. They serve their tostadas like a sandwich, with a corn tortilla on top, too! Today I had a carne asada tostada, and ordered a side of guacamole and pico de gallo to make a second tostada. Perfect lunch for an active day, for under $ 5!

It’s fast food so you shouldn’t expect anything particularly amazing. That being said, from what I’ve tried, this place is really good in fact I prefer it to the other Mexican fast food joints such as Rancheritos or Betos.

I think this is one of the best Mexican fast food places when you compare it to places like Betos and Rancheritos. They have a large menu and a nice choice of different burritos to choose from. I’m partial to the Patron when I’m in a carnivorous mood since it’s got chorizo, ham, steak, pico de gallo, cheese and bits of crispy bacon. Put some of their yummy red sauce on there & make sure to ask for some pickled carrots and jalapenos.(Gotta get your serving of vegetables in there lol)

Absolutely terrible haha, let me state that I’m from CA and I’ve been to a lot of taquerias. From SF to LA, Phoenix, Vegas, Reno, Sacramento etc. This place is open 24hours and occupies an old taco bell. I ate there at around midnight and trust me it’s hard to disappoint me at midnight but they managed to do it. I ordered a #2, it includes a burrito, taco, and rice and beans. The taco was a hardshell taco, who does that lol, oh yeah taco bell and jack n the box. And that’s what it tasted like, a JITB taco. The shell was so hard it kinda felt stale, it had what I believed to be very dry carnitas and it was loaded with lettuce… That’s it. The burrito was meh… It had carnitas mixed with peppers and that’s about it. The tortilla was kinda tough too. The funny part was that they even screwed up the rice and beans. The beans were incredibly bland and topped with chedder cheese which i thought was kinda weird and white trashy. Normally I would’nt complain about the rice and beans but when everything else sucks I figure I’ll pile on. Speaking of piling on, the salsa bar sucked too, what little salsa was left looked funky at best and the limes looked really old… If it wasn’t so difficult to find a 24 hour joint on Sunday night in SLC I would have avoided the place. Los Bertos is not traditional and it’s not even remotely good. Edit: if you happen to find yourself traveling through SLC… Go to this place called Chungas off of I-80, you will not be disappointed.

This place gets a little better each time I try it. It’s just your traditional Mexican fast food, done right. The place is clean. The service is fast, efficient and friendly. The food is made with good quality ingredients. Yah… I’m pretty much a fan.
