McDonald’s

Not that a fan of McDonalds but i would highly recommend them for being so good in their customers. Despite the fact that they have a bad reputation, they still do good when it comes to their customers coming in from across the country,
BIgMac was big, been so long that I had this my friend.
whenever i think of burgers, bigmac would be the first that comes to my mind.
all good.

What? I’m rating a McDonald’s 5 stars?
Wait, what? It’s in an airport?
Yup!
McDonald’s is a stable franchise that many Americans have grown up with. I mean, c’mon, you can’t go to a McDonald’s and NOT KNOW what to expect on the menu. Everybody knows what to order at a McDonald’s and what their food tastes like.
So, I’m here today to review on the quality of service I received and I guess the freshness of the frozen food? Wait, does that even make sense? Fresh and frozen?
ANYWAY! The service here was probably the best service I’ve ever received at any McDonald’s. They also get praise because it’s in an airport! People who work at airport food/​restaurants always seem so MISERABLE! But the people that work at this specific McDonald’s location was super pleasant to talk to. They were so polite, efficient, and courteous that I was compelled to send an e-​mail to the address provided to give comments on how they were doing.
One example was that I ordered an iced coffee with light ice and while I was ordering it, someone was already preparing it. They scooped ice into the cup and asked me if it was too much ice or not and they adjusted accordingly.
The food was made to order and the fries weren’t just «sitting there» until waiting to be ordered. But of course, it’s McDonald’s, so the burgers were eh.
The area was kept clean and there are outlets along the walls. Refills for drinks aren’t free, I believe it was 85 cents.
My layover at SLC airport at around 8 PM for 2 hours or so was surprisingly pleasant due to McDonald’s.

I am not personally a big fan of McDonalds… But this was the only place up and going for an early breakfast in the airport. And I was impressed with the service! They first were willing to custom a breakfast plate for me, and when it wasn’t just what I wanted (I was being picky) they changed it to make it right! And they were so nice about it.
I had eggs and sausage and they were pretty good! Good for fast food.
If you are in the airport for breakfast this is a cheap and very fast option!

I don’t even know why I’m writing this review. It’s a McDonald’s. But I order and egg white delight with sausage instead of bacon a lot at this one and they literally get it wrong every single time. No matter how I explain what I want. It’s crazy. It’s wrong every. Single. Time.

@McDonlaldsCorp Quick service and fair price. Asked for ketchup, none given. Went back to ask for some and the lovely worker sporting the neck tats gave me the up and down look and grudgingly gave me 4 packets for the four of us. Granted, it’s fast food at the airport but I would have expected at least a little service or even a smile?

It’s a McDonald’s. If you have to read this to determine if you want to eat there you’re in trouble.

Open ²⁴⁄₇ waiting for your flight it’s there ready to share there worldwide menu with you. In Japan they have an absolutely delicious Crab Croquet burger. Hope it makes it to our Shores. King of the American burger, home of the big Mac. They know how to repeat success anyplace they go. Cheap and filling when you’re counting your Pennies the Mc Double with extra pickles.

The coffee is water

I was stoked to find mcdonalds was serving breakfast during my layover. The service was nice and quick! Not to mention it was much cheaper than California. The food court seating was equipped with free wifi and power outlets. I enjoyed my breakfast in comfort.

I normally don’t review fast food establishments.
But I must give kudos to the staff and this location. IDK if it’s because it SLC or what, but the staff was «on it.» Specifically Mr Banks. He was very friendly, gave eye contact, and super courteous. I waited no more than 3 minutes for my Happy Meal with a McFlurry (½ Oreo ½ M&Ms). I have never come across staff like this at a Fast Food restaurant, let alone a McDs… and in an Airport!
My eyes were bugging out… so much so that I had to Unilocal!it. And yes, I know — 5 stars for a McDs… but again…5 Stars when rating McDs to other McDs.

Great service especially for Busy airport. Food quality is our typical Mickey D’s… Nothing to write home about but gets the job done.
