The worst McDonalds ever waited 30 minutes for ice coffee and they made me pull over to the side for they could give me the ice coffee

The customer service here is the worst! When they make a mistake, which they do A LOT, instead of apologizing and fixing it asap, they first give you dirty looks and act annoyed that a customer even dared to complain, then they look at each other not knowing what to do, and then they call the manager, who takes his time to come and help and then questions the issue and interrogates you about it. I don’t know how he got the job, but he is not manager material at all!!! If you gave me the wrong hamburger or forgot to give me the happy meal toys, just hurry and make me the right one, and get the toys! Some employees talk in Spanish about customers in front of their noses, which most can understand by the way… and then they ignore you while you say «excuse me» over and over trying to get someone’s attention. Horrible and slow service!

So rude and so so so slow. Just a horrible McDonald’s. I can’t say enough bad things about this location.

They were too busy, so THE MANAGER suggested we went the WENDY’S down the street! We were on 700 N. They sent 7 blocks away just to get a burger. UNREAL.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have been to! All the servers there are so RUDE! They are in no way people friendly! They are super slow and when they hand you your food they don’t even smile, I mean I get that you might dislike your job, but they should really try to hire people that want to work! Those people don’t want to work! I would rather travel a couple of miles than to come here again!!!

This used to be a great store, now it’s horrible! Slow service, rude and inattentive clerks, and food appearance and quality is, quite frankly, disgusting. Save your money, fine elsewhere!
