Mike’s Mobile Rv Repairs

Mike has a big fancy truck and looks very professional. We first ordered an awning from him and after a month goes by with no word. I call him to fix our furnace, he stops by on a Friday says the part will be in on Tuesday and he will fix it first thing. I call and call with no answer. He finally answers and says he will do it the following Monday… still haven’t heard from him. He doesn’t even call and say he isn’t going to be able to make it. Horrible business practices. He blames it on having no secretary but that’s not the customers problem. We have been running electric heaters in hopes that he would get our furnace repaired with no luck, no updates, NOTHING. DO NOT let his fancy truck fool you like it did me. Even the park I stayed at recommended him. I will never call him again. WORTHLESS.

If i could leave a negative review with no stars I would. His stick is to show up without quoting a price. Then he quotes a high price for the total job. It’s like highway robbery. If you do call him ask for his hourly rate. He told me it’s $ 95.00 per hour. By the time he diagnoses it he’s probably spent 1 ½ hours at the price of $ 150. That’s without doing anything. Make sure you get total price in writing before he begins work. He can be very rude and unpleasant.

Wouldn’t even bother to call. Person who answered the phone didn’t allow us to describe the problem before interrupting and asking where we were located. When we told him, he rudely stated he wasn’t interested. So much for friendly service.
