I’m pretty picky about service, but the staff here were so friendly and personable. The first woman at the front with the purple hair was the least friendly along with Valerie, but everyone after was so wonderful! They were full of personality and kindness! The screener was AWESOME! My physician was AMAZING, although I don’t remember his name :(Jorden was the young lady who stuck me, and she was PERFECT! No pain, which made an easier donation for me! Great center and the cleanest I’ve been to yet. Ppl complain about homeless and ghetto looking people, however, I’ve yet to see either! NO LINE! Excited to make this my new home center

Octapharma is right by my house and it pays me money to sit there to donate plasma. It feeds my video game habit, so why not? Overall, the location is really clean, well managed and everyone there is really friendly and efficient for the time you’re there. If you have any questions, they’re more than happy to answer and there are usually awesome bonus’ to keep you coming back. I used to donate a long time ago at a location downtown, and this location is heads and shoulders better. If you’re looking to go somewhere to donate, this is the place.

This is the second place I have donated and by comparison this is much better. The center is pretty new, I think less than two years old. The staff is pretty professional and the wait times are low. I read the other review and I would disagree. The staff is pretty friendly and I did not feel at all ignored. On my first visit, the staff told me that their goal is to have donors out within 90 min. That has been my experience so far. While some centers may pay more (the one I left did) it really comes down to time and service. Waiting in a very long line is not worth an extra couple of dollars; and that is the difference in payments. While some pay for referrals, how many people are you really going to refer? Choosing a center should be based on location and service. For me, this center is great! Overall I would give them a 4; they could improve on their technology. That said, I am pretty happy.

I like coming here only because it’s quick n easy. The staff are not very friendly!!! When you raise your hand to ask a question while donating the staff will ignore you. I watched a lady hold her hand up for 6min 4 different employees saw her but said NOTHING… What if you were having a bad reaction? They also pay you less!!! Biomat has monthly specials every month with drawings this place does not. Nor do they give you a referral fee of $ 50 like biomat.
