Same Day Express Dry Cleaners

I was in the area of Same Day Express Dry Cleaners. I had some dry cleaning to drop off. I had never tried this cleaners before. I was really impressed with the quality of my husband shirts and his slacks. My husband pays a lot for his clothing and I was so happy with the end result. When I showed my husband how crisp his shirt were, he was very happy. I will definitely return to this dry cleaners.
I was pleased to find out that there are 2 other cleaners owned by the same local person. I would
not hesitate for a minute to take any of our expensive clothes there. Very happy lady with a very happy husband. Thanks Express for doing such a professional job!!!

I love express dry cleaners. For years now they have offered fast efficient service with a great staff and fantastic prices. I like that they are locally owned and that you can often see the owner when you’re dropping off your clothes or picking them up.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. The lady was rude and disrespectful that I didn’t even go inside, she came outside yelling. If this place wants to get any business they need hire people with little bit of customer service skills… Wow what a waste of time!

Update time. This place is super cheap. The quality of work here is also super cheap.
They do a decent job on pants, but once in a while they come back with gunk on them. They always do a HORRIBLE JOB on golf shirts. They are more wrinkled when I pick them up, than they were when I dropped them off.
The service at the counter is generally good and fast, but the quality of the dry cleaning is terrible. I’ve been going here for about a year and it has just kept getting worse.
I’m all done with them.

I brought in several items to be dry cleaned that were exposed to extreme dust from a nearby demolition/​construction project.. I’m unsure if it was the owner or an employee who was assisting me. She recommended I not dry clean this particular type of apparel (which was new and unworn), and was very helpful in making suggestions on what alternative methods would be better on getting the merchandise clean.
I appreciated her pleasant nature, and taking the time to assist me… even though the business was not benefiting monetarily from me this visit.

I have used this service for over a year and have no complaints.

Horrible customer service, and they staple through the garments to attach their tags. When iI asked if it was common for them to staple through people’s expensive shirts and pants, they said all cleaners do (which was an outright lie because I’ve never once seen this anywhere else). Anyway, I brought an expensive vintage tie to be cleaned, and a new rust colored stain appeared. Sure, it’s cheap, but there’s other places that are cheaper and have MUCH better service. Thankfully, this was just a trial run at this place because they were so close. Avoid them like the plague.

I live very close to this place, so I really wanted to love it. It’s stupidly convenient, and very reasonably priced. Here’s what happened: A couple years ago, I was using this place regularly. One day, I picked up my shirts, and there was an orange stain on one of them – rust or marinara maybe. I pointed it out to the clerk, and said I didn’t think it was my doing, but couldn’t be sure. The clerk was noncommittal, and said that it could have been an invisible sugary substance that caramelized during cleaning. He may have not charged me for the cleaning – I forget. I left without making a big deal of it, because it wasn’t a big deal. The shirt was older and inexpensive, and not worth the trouble. All the same, I decided I’d try a different cleaner.
Fast-​forward a year plus. I was in a hurry, and I decided to give Same Day Express another chance. When I picked up my shirts, the owner rang me up. He looked in the computer and said, «I see that we had a problem with a stain on one of your shirts on (insert date 12+ months before).» I said, «Oh yeah – I’m not sure what happened there. NBD.» Clearly, I was over it because I was HANDING HIM MONEY. I thought he was going to apologize, or ask if everything turned out okay. Instead he sternly told me that Same Day Cleaners is not responsible for, well, anything, and, «if we continue doing business together, you’ll have to understand that. Are we going to have any further problems?»
Since then, I have had no further problems, because I’ll never go back.
Same Day Cleaners is apparently so successful that the owner seems to have no interest in retaining customers. If he doesn’t care to keep your business, why would he worry about taking care of your clothes?

Great place! Great service! I got a new job about six months ago and I started using Express. I take shirts in there a 2 or 3 times a month. They do a great job. They damaged a button on one of my shirts. The owner told me «No problem» we have a machine that fixed those automatically. He gave me a little tour and showed me the process for pressing the shirts. And its the best price in town. Give them a try, trust me you wont be disappointing.

I have had the worst treatment by the owner of this cleaners that I have ever experienced by any business in my whole entire life. They put a spot on my pants that wasn’t there when I took them in, tried to get it off and created a bleach stain. I was told to call Rick the owner the next day, which I did. I was talked to in the most horrendous manner, as if I were a low life criminal or something. He said that the stain was already there and they were only going to give me a credit for dry cleaning. I know the stain wasn’t there and when I stated it again he told me that he didn’t care about my business or the $ 19.00 I had spent there in my whole life and he then said and I quote «I don”t care about your shitty pants», then after a few more words he hung the phone up on me. These pants were purchased at Nordstrom’s this summer have been worn approx. 5 times and this was the first time I had taken them to the cleaners ever. I will never ever go to that place again and advise anyone else who has nice expensive clothes not to take them there.

Took 6 shirts here they punched s hole in all 6 and not a single shirt is wearable without ironing. Avoid at all cost. It’s one thing to do a bad job but another to destroy three expensive shirts with huge holes.

I’ve been getting my dry cleaning done here for about 6 months and I’m pretty happy with them. They obviously have same day service, hence the name, but I’m not sure how much more they charge for that. I usually drop my stuff off and it’ll be ready the next day. Shirts are $ 1.39 and jeans are $ 4, but if you have 3 or more jeans they’re $ 3 each. It’s not the nicest shop, but it’s cheap. I’d recommend this place to anyone trying to save money on dry cleaning.
