Terrible customer service, inconsistent, they don’t give you a receipt for items left there, let alone a piece of paper to show pricing of items. They also do not guarantee fit of alterations. Suiting is expensive already, to pay for alterations that do not fit is more than frustrating.

They’ve always done a fantastic job with my dry cleaning. They’ve repeatedly stayed after closing time to wait for me to arrive.
On one occasion I had a funeral of a close friend over a weekend and they were sympathetic to my situation and did a rush order on dry cleaning a suit; they got it back to me within about 7 hours. I’m sure this isn’t possible all the time, but for them to make an exception for such a important event meant so much to me.
