I hired this company to work on a front door lock for a client. This tech didn’t even look at the lock told them that it would be $ 400 to replace it, and then demanded $ 19 from my client for a «service charge». DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY– THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Needed vehicle lockout, they lied and said they were a Park City locksmith. Both in their ad and in phone conversation. 1 ½ hour wait and $ 85 bill. Later found out they local locksmiths will arrive in 15 minutes or less and charge around $ 50 on average. I support local business and this slc company is giving local tradesmen a bad name.

This company is a scam. I called and asked what it would cost to unlock our front door and was told «$ 20 for the trip charge and $ 20 to open the door.» When the technician arrived I was told it would be $ 169 and had to talk him down to $ 80 (still more than I was told). Don’t use this company!

This is a scam company using Google search and inflated websites to rip you off and encroach on a trusted trade of locksmith. Don’t fall into the trap of low prices. Real locksmiths don’t drill locks or change their original quotes!
