Utopia put service box in mow strip in front yard. I found I had a busted sprinker pipe when I started my sprinkler system. I called Utopia customer support, they said no problem and asked for address phone # etc. I was still on phone with Utopia when the landscaping contactor called to set up repair schedule. From the time I called to the time my system was repaired was less than 3hrs, If that is the way they run the rest of their business, I’m going with their service!

Utopia + Xmission is how the Internet should be experienced. If you can get Utopia where you live, it’s 1000 times better than anything you could get from a competitor, especially if you pick Xmission as your ISP. Those folks know what they are doing.

Utopia combined with Xmission is a wonderful service with endless possibilities. The technician was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I’m glad they are improving and working directly with my city to provide an unparalleled internet service that allows me to avoid the conglomerates that are too big not to fail at customer satisfaction and service.
