I usually stop here on my way to archery practice and I’ve never had a bad experience. The parking lot is awkward and it’s not the easiest Wendy’s to get in and out of, but I’ve always had good, fast service. My order has never been wrong and the food always meets my expectations.

This is my second time coming to this location. Every time I’ve ordered something here they always get my order completely wrong. Not to mention they are also completely rude. This was the last time I ever order here. Also keep an eye they tend not to give you a receipt. Really bad customer service here. Very very sloppy staff. I also called the manager regarding how they had my order wrong she was completely unprofessional she literally sounded like an immature little girl over the phone. My food was cold the fries were old. I’ll be calling corporate to file a complain on this location for sure.

Possibly the worst run/staffed Wendy’s ever. Aside from the homeless person sleeping in the dining area and the filthy everything(even the napkin holder), the food was decent. This place was disgusting and grossly understaffed. Understand that it happens — someone calls in sick etc. — but«Kelsi» made me lose my appetite and my temper. No greeting, barely acknowledged me or any other customers, handling food and money indiscriminately without gloves or washing hands, and when every other customer asked for the items missed from their orders you would think she had been asked to give them a kidney. I asked for my salad dressing(omitted from my order, not extra) and after rolling her eyes she coughed into the fridge with a disgusting smoker cough that turned my stomach. She may have coughed into her arm but I lost it and asked her to please wash her hands(after coughing into them) before handling my food. She argued with me and said she didn’t cough into her hands. Whatever. They still needed to be washed after handling money. The back office manager said her name in a tone that said this wasn’t the first time. I get it — fast food jobs suck. I worked several growing up. I had crappy customers that pissed me off, but I took a break and went back to it. Then I worked hard and got a better job. If you are better than a fast food job, you should go work somewhere else. Otherwise, you work at Wendy’s. Come to grips with it and do a half-decent job. This place is an embarrassment to the brand.

Waited on drive thru line for 20 minutes, only ordered 2 drinks when the person handed them they didn’t mark which was the diet, when I asked which was which, «I don’t know you’ll have to smell them» and then rudely went on to help the next person in line. This is not the place stop if you want any kind of customer service. Disappointed.

Well this is a disappointment. I placed my order, specifically asked that NOCHEESE be on anything I order. I said it for each item, I said it again for the whole order and I asked when I got to the window. Three out of four items had cheese, one item was left off all together. Granted that I should have checked everything before driving off but I did not want to take the time of the other customers and I trusted what the window person said was accurate. I think I will leave the house again and ask them to fix this. And as an update, I went back and they were apologetic and fixed my order. Upgrading to three stars.

Ahhh, Wendy’s. Purveyors and slingers of some of the most sub-standard food(they have the dubious distinction of trying to introduce their cheap Frosty’s as a fry condiment) to every«grace» a backlit menu board. We all know what we’re getting into if we choose fast food, so I’m going to leave off commenting on the(mostly absent) level of quality there, other than to say if you view it as anything other than pick your poison, you may want to schedule yourself in for an attitude adjustment pronto. No, this location I can count on, time and again, for one thing and that’s consistency. If I go in, I can be assured they will screw up my order. In living in the area for 4+ years and giving them numerous chances, about a year ago, I finally threw in the towel and gave up on them completely as a lost cause. This held until the siren song of their new pulled pork product lured me in. As a quick aside, look, I knew what I was going in for and I suppose part of it was just to see how bad it would actually be. So, to wit, this is as equally noxious as the version scraped out by the ubiquitous Subway chains, though for entirely different reasons. If you’re wondering about this, let me save you $ 7 per sandwich and tell you that freezing and re-heating meat until it has the texture of those crappy noodles in the red and white Campbell’s soup conas is just an absurd waste of everyone’s time and for what you get, you’d be better off just driving to an actual BBQ joint. Their smokey BBQ sauce is passable, though… I will give them that. Back to the main thing, though… of 5 menu items I ordered, nothing difficult, no substitutions, just straight off the menu, they screwed up 2 of them. This place continues to be hopeless and it’s once again crossed off the list entirely… or at least until I’m bewildered by the next new food offering.

I waited approximately four minutes for my order at a early dinner time meal. Tables were not cleaned. There is trash on the floor. Workers were talking and distracted by flirting with each other. In their downtime they were talking rather than cleaning the lobby. Trash cans needed to be emptied.

Hot today need a frosty. Quick, accurate and got my special order wIth extra onions and pickles right. The drive thru it’s like clock work very fast. From order to pick up with four cars ahead of me less than four minutes. My vanilla frosty is quenching that little boy in me.

Going Downhill. This location is going downhill. They can’t seem to get a drive thru order correct. The buns are always burnt and the sandwhiches are served in some see thru waxy *probably not approved by Wendy’s” wrapper that they bought in bulk at the Swap Meet last summer. Where is the General Manager of this place?

Pretty fast, almost always empty, but I’ve had once a problem with my drive-thru order. Wendy’s is wendy’s and its good when you are on the go, and need something quick. PS. their dollar menu now is like 1.19 menu. their lemonades are pretty good.
