This Dollar General is located in Salt Springs aka Fort McCoy and it’s literally in the middle of nowhere. The people that live in this area must be extremely grateful that they opened this store because everything else is about 30 minutes south in Ocala. We stayed at the Elite Resort @ Salt Springs which is adjacent to this DG and I did purchase a few items that were missing from our cottage. This was probably one of the few times I’ve entered a DG and actually looked around the whole store. Overall I was pleasantly surprised at how many items they offer at a significant discount. It made me realize that I need to visit these stores more often especially when in need of everyday practical items.
