Obviously I love the Cactus. It’s beautifully restored. The ballroom is gorgeous. It’s definitely the best place for any type of event. Weddings, parties, all of the above.

The tallest structure (by far) in San Angelo, this fourteen story hotel was the fourth built by Conrad Hilton and easily sticks out like a sore thumb in the region. Think of it as the ‘Luxor-​Pyramid-​Light-​of-​the-​desert’. No longer an actual hotel, the top floor does offer dining and live jazz in a southwestern loungy environs.
