Dryer Vent Wizard

I completely agree with the previous posters — I would give Dryer Vent Wizard 10 stars if I could. I called them in a panic after a different company (that I got through a Living Social voucher) came out and messed things up with my vents. Dryer Vent Wizard heard my concern, rearranged their schedule to accommodate me same-​day, sent over a knowledgeable, helpful, professional rep who assessed the situation, told me my options, and then did the work right then (including a complete replacement of my dryer vent) for less than I would have paid a handyman or other big-​name company, and with no mess. The fire risk was abated, our dryer worked better than it has ever worked, and calm had been restored. Thank you Dryer Vent Wizard!

Amazing people… fantastic service… first off, i contact three other vent cleaning companies, to come out and remove this vent cleaning brush that got stuck in the vent, no one could even come close and left my residence with their tails between thier legs. so to speak… then i call Rhonda from Dryer Vent wizard… we chat she says shes not sure if she would be succsesful or not… honesty is omportant to me she never blew smoke once… after discussing terms she sent out her lead tech James, he arrived on time and began to tackle the dryer vent nightmare… after less than 15 min the tool that he used retrived the dryer brush amazing, then he cleaned up connected everything… i love these guys… awesome service highly reccommended.

James came over and did a great and professional job cleaning out my dryer vent. Now, dryer loads are finishing in an hour compared to several hours. He was fast, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend this company!

TEN STARS IF I COULD. IT WAS A MIRACLE! My issue was not safety. My issue was, literally, years of aggravation and gnashing of teeth. We bought a new home and installed a brand new, high end, highly rated washer and dryer. From Day 1, our gas dryer had to be run through multiple cycles to dry one small load. It took hours/​days to do laundry. We had multiple appliance repair companies come to take a look. Sometimes, they would say nothing was wrong, but ka-​ching for the visit. Sometimes, they would say there was a problem and do repair work, double ka-​ching. But never did anything improve! By the time we called DVW, our level of frustration was well beyond tolerable. They found no significant lint build up but made several changes in venting, including the actual vent on the outside of the house. The were pleasant, even though they had to deal with our obviously bad attitude, and very professional. When they left, our dryer finally worked as it should. A couple of years later (okay, I have been a little remiss in getting around to Unilocaling), we had a problem with the vent venting into the room. They promptly came and fixed the problem AT NO CHARGE TO US! There just aren’t many companies like this anymore. THANK YOU DRYER VENT WIZARD!!!

If anybody in the greater North Bay has issues with their dryer I highly recommend you call Dryer Vent Wizard. They did a great job fixing my problem. Come to find out this problem could of set my house on fire. So many times we dont think about something like this but dryer lint & heat is one of the most common components that start house fires. I highly recommend you look at your units & make a appt for an inspection of your set up!
