I am a property manager and have work with Giovanni on many occasions. He fixed many washers, dryers and dishwashers for my clients. Always in a good mood and ready to tackle problems. One of my «go to» vendors. Simply great!

I am so glad I found Ken and Giovanni! Not only are they both responsive, they are also hardworking, knowledgable and most importantly, honest! As a real estate property manager, it’s very important to have someone you can trust and count on when appliances break.
Giovanni can fix just about anything and everything. Giovanni has helped repair commercial washers, commercial dryers, electric stoves, gas stoves, refrigerators, etc. Although the company mailing address is in Vacaville, Giovanni and Ken service all over the Bay Area, including San Francisco.
If you need an appliance repaired, Giovanni and Ken are your guys!!!

Our freezer wasn’t defrosting properly so the fridge wasn’t staying cold. We could manually defrost (no fun), but it was limping along and needed to be repaired. Of course all this started happening on a Friday night, so first thing Monday morning I called another repair service and they recommended I call Giovani as he was an «expert» in refrigerators. I left a message and he called me back immediately (always a great start). He was able to come out the next morning and fixed the problem immediately, AND fixed an issue we had created by defrosting our freezer improperly. He was courteous, professional and patient with my little boys who wanted to see everything he was doing (and ask a million questions). Would highly recommend for any appliance repair.

We were expressing issues with our freezer. Giovanni addressed our concerns, fixed the freezer all the while being patient and thoughtful of home. Highly recommend him.
