Delicious gluten-free treats, including some puffy chocolate-chocolate-chip orange cookies. I’ll return for those alone. The scones were delicious and perfect, soft on the inside, slightly crunchy outside. The large flat crunchy chocolate cookie was fantastic and delivered a crunch-with-a-punch. The quiche needs some work. I was dissatisfied with my $ 4, small slice of quiche. Could have been an off-day, though.

I can’t believe I have never reviewed Flour Craft. This place is AWESOME for so many reasons. — Lovely quaint, fresh modern bright vibe, fairly quiet, pretty, and they let you sit and work if you wish — Simply fantastic pastries and dishes — I wake up CRAVING them! There are numerous things in their case that are seriously divine and obsession-worthy. Like another reviewer, I would honestly love to eat one of everything. — Independently from the above, they are also the only bakery in Marin or SF that is all gluten free. ??? It makes my brain explode to comprehend how this is possible but I feel very lucky that this place is 15 minutes from my house and conveniently 5 minutes from running trails.(No brainer, coffee and a run). — The owner is a fantastic person and all the staff are adorable. — Excellent coffee, top 7 places in Marin for cold brew for sure

They no longer sell Ritual coffee — it’s Equator coffee, which is also good.

Popped in today for a last minute birthday cake for my daughter. I don’t mind paying $ 40 for a cake when it is exceptional but this cake was dry and the icing tasted like butter. Not going back even to try something else…

Thank goodness for Flour Craft Bakery! I made the 20 minute trek from my workplace on lunch hour. I had just enough time to spent $ 65 on gluten free goodies before making it back to my desk(within an hour!) Two co-workers ordered vegan bar and the brownies – of course I had to grab extra for my family. Both items were delish and I never missed anything over regular foods. I also grabbed a Granola, which looks yummy though I hadn’t cracked it open yet. My quick snack was a simple, gluten free savory bread pudding. It was light, eggy, spongy and right on the mark. The baguette was crispy on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. Definitely can’t wait for another lunch break to Flour Craft Bakery.

This is my heaven. This place is the bomb. Awesome service, amazing baked goods, all gluten free. I would suggest my favorite baked goods to you, but I’m greedy and I don’t want anyone else to buy them, so you’re gonna have to just try one of everything at this place until you figure out what’s best. Trust me, you’ll love accepting that challenge.

Great gluten free bread! It’s a larger loaf than most. I got the white country load which is also dairy free. Way better than Udi’s which has been my go to for years!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! It’s about time there was a bakery dedicated to gluten free! My favorite thing there is probably the orange polenta cake but I would probably eat one of everything if I could. I really really wish there was a Flour Craft here in Mill Valley but until there is I will travel to San Anselmo as often as possible. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I visit these guys every time I have a Gluten/dairy free friend come over. They have the most decadent cupcakes and then are gluten and dairy free and vegan!

Oh my gosh. I first found these lovely delectables in Whole Foods and have been an avid fan ever since. If you EVER have the opportunity to taste these heavenly gifts, you’ll be glad you did. Culinary innovation!

This is the best gluten free bakery I have ever been to and I have tried a lot of them. I wish this one was closer to me so we could go all the time! My husband and I went there for lunch and he had the quiche and I had the focaccia sandwich, plus we both had a quinoa salad. Well… we pretty thought we had died and gone to heaven! SO good! And of course after lunch we had strawberry rhubarb crisp and O M G! We bought a bunch more to take home after that. Thank you! Great experience and we will travel up from Campbell as often as possible!

This place is the best thing to ever happen to my family. My wife who has a sweet tooth found out she has a severe wheat allergy after being hospitalized. Finding wheat free options that taste good has been a true challenge. Most wheat free products taste like cardboard. We often joke that gluten free products should be relabeled as flavor free. Flour Craft is the exception and it has be come our weekend ritual to head down the road and pick up a pastry and a coffee. I even enjoy the food here and we often grab a focaccia on our way out. This place has really helped us transition our eating habits and make my wife much more comfortable dealing with her food allergies.

Before gluten free I was very into scones, muffins, quick breads, and cookies. Now I can finally enjoy them again! All the packaged GF foods always have bad ingredients and don’t taste good, but this place does it right! Great atmosphere and staff as well(and Equator coffee). Only thing I could wish for is for them to be open more often:)

High Protein bread: A– A savory whole grain-style loaf as moist and dense as banana bread. Doesn’t come sliced you have to do that yourself at home. Freezes beautifully. Almost too decadent for sandwiches but it makes amazing toast. Quiche of the Day: A Tasty with a delicious combination of veggies and cheese(flavor changes daily). The crust was perfectly buttery and crisp, so much like the regular wheat pastry you remember I doubt anyone could guess that its gluten free! Toasted Almond cupcake: C The almond scent and flavor of this cupcake was just amazing, wow! However the cake was dry and the frosting was hard and unyielding. Perhaps it was a day old? Definitely wasn’t the soft cupcake with creamy frosting I was expecting. The flavor was enough to salvage it but the overall dryness was a turn off.

It’s hard to make tasty gluten-free breads and pastries, at least for a former bread-a-holic like myself. I was excited to find this specialty bakery! So far I’ve only tried the scones. The Blackberry Earl Gray one was very good. The savory one was okay. It had a lot of walnuts throughout, with cheese and overly-salty flavor in one section. I can hardly wait to try the focaccia!
