I knew I should have went with my gut to go with another rental company when they never returned my phone call with the first inquiry. I really do not know how this place stays in business. I was planning a 60th birthday surprise party for my mom at our house. We decided to rent banquet tables and chairs instead of buying them. Researched a few party rental companies on the web and decided to go with Absolute rentals since they will deliver the rental items and the prices were reasonable. I filled out the rental inquiry request on their website for them to get back to me. Three days later I didn’t get an email or phone call. No big deal, maybe they haven’t got to their online inquires yet. So, I decided to call them to follow-up. No one picked up, so I left a voicemail with all my contact info. Another 3 days later , no call back or email. I almost went with another company, but against my better judgement, I decided to just call them when their office first opened thinking I would have better luck. Finally a Tamara answered the phone. Tamara even made a comment about«Oh are you the one that left a message?» Really!!! Yeah it would’ve been nice if you returned my phone call! Anyway, I made a reservation for all the rental equipment and was given my total, delivery date, and pick up date. I was told that an invoice would be sent to my email and I would get a phone call the day before delivery confirming no changes to the reservation. Also, they only accept cash or check if you pay on day of delivery. You can pay with your card over the phone, but it has to be before delivery. I decided to just pay over the phone once they called on the day before delivery. I never got the invoice sent to my email, but I never thought anything of it because they had all my information and maybe they were just behind on sending it. Also, my husband called to inquire about it, but surprise, surprise, no answer and no call back when he left a message. Almost two weeks later I never heard anything and didn’t get the phone call the day before delivery that I was suppose to. So I called first thing on the day of delivery to make sure everything was still on schedule. Tamara answers the phone again, has no record that I ever made the reservation! But she said they were still able to accommodate me. I gave my personal information all over again. She would repeat the information back to me and everything would be wrong! No wonder she lost my order the first time! Anyway, she said they would deliver between 1pm and 5pm and I told her I got off of work at 1pm so anytime after 1:30pm would be okay. I paid over the phone, and was relieved everything was okay now, or so I thought. Tamara calls at 12:30 saying the delivery guys are already there. Really? I thought you said between 1– 5pm, plus I already said I wouldn’t be home until after 1:30! She said she would call them to see if maybe they could try to deliver later and give me a call back. I get a phone call back from Tamara at 1pm saying that they left all the rental equipment on my porch for me. At this point I was highly upset. I told Tamara that is not right because if something gets stolen you are going to hold me responsible. Plus I didn’t even get to confirm if everything I ordered was accounted for! She said well they have a lot of other deliveries and since my order was last minute that’s the best they could do. Really? Just do what’s convenient for you since I already paid? Plus it was not a last minute order, she was just too incompetent the first time I placed it. Tamara acted like she did me a favor and didn’t even apologize. I had to rush home to make sure all the equipment I ordered was l there and moved everything myself into the garage. Did I mention I was charged $ 45 for delivery? Once we began to set up the tables and chairs we noticed everything was dirty and some chairs had spills on them from the last renters. We had to clean everything before we could use it. They don’t make sure their equipment is clean before they supply it to a new customer? To make our last experience with Absolute rentals even worse they just showed up to our house unannounced at pick up. We were never given a pick up time or even a heads up that they were on the way! They just showed up like they owned the place! It’s not the delivery guys fault, but I’m sure it was Tamara’s doing for the miscommunication. Don’t go with this company. They don’t know how to treat their customers. Save yourself the headache and bad attitude.

I requested a quote from Absolute Rentals for my sister’s bridal shower and received a response from Tamara almost immediately. Tamara was extremely professional, quick and helpful. She went above and beyond my expectations and helped me configure seating in the best and most affordable way possible. They delivered and picked up everything at a time convenient for me. Just an overall great customer service experience!

I have used them on multiple times, for events at my home. Never had a problem with an order being late or inaccurate. The rentals arrive when I’m at work and picked up when I’m at work again on Monday. Very easy!!! Also have noticed at catering events around town, the top caterers in my mind use them too.
