This recently renovated stadium is a San Antonio gem! I love this place. It’s old and historic, but comfortable and new! It’s a beautiful setting, right by Brackenridge Park, and Trinity University. It’s all built out of local limestone that appears to have been cut from the stone walls around the corner along 281. There aren’t any bad seats around here, since the place is small and intimate. It’s a lot of fun to come here and check out the marching bands, since the acoustics here aren’t bad, and you can get up close to see them play. Parking is usually pretty easy around here, as there are plenty of lots around the neighborhood. I generally park under 281 and hike up the hill to get there, so I don’t have to pay for parking. I recommend coming here, as it’s a pleasant way to spend an evening catching a game!
