I was the first customer with Allgen over 20 years ago. The service has always been superb. My special thanks to Dave to has assisted me in many problem and to Susan, Josh, and Joshua who is an outstanding technician. I only do business with Allgen and will continue to do so.

I along with my wife visited Allgen computers today. the shop closes at 6pm but David was kind enough to let us in even at 6:08pm. i explained the problem with my laptop — keyboard not working and laptop not booting up. David immediately opened up the laptop nd diagnosed what the issue was. He replaced the cable connecting the power supply and the keyboard. He also charged us very reasonable rates. i would like to thank him a ton as he immediately solved our issue and went an extra step to do it asap. It is now go to shop in case of any issue with my laptop or desktop. — Karandeep

Allgen saved my laptop and my sanity! The response time on my laptop was getting slower and slower until it finally froze up. I had no idea what was wrong and hoped it wasn’t some killer virus. I took the laptop to Allgen and Josh in the Service department said it was probably the hard drive. He gave me a range of options and costs, and a timeline when the repairs would be finished. Sure enough, it was a bad hard drive. Josh replaced the hard drive, copied all my files to the new drive, and even gave me the old drive if I wanted it. The repairs were finished when he said they would be and the cost was reasonable. I am not very tech savvy, so I appreciated that Josh explained what could be wrong without talking down to me and answered my questions in a way that I could understand the answers.
