Too many liars in one place! The manager #1 liar ! I feel bad for the associate they need to lien for him. I don’t recommend to no one get something there it’s not the merchandise.

Would give these scammers minus 5 stars if I could. I’m a wounded warrior amputee that gave this guy repeat business. I was just retired and came there to buy a 1147.00 table and chairs. I specifically asked if it could be delivered on June 1st so that the movers could just put it on the truck. I was told over and over it was fine and he told his employee to put it on calendar. I informed him that I was living to Ohio. They never showed up. Was told they don’t do deliveries on Monday. Was never called back I had to harass them to even get a manager. He was rude from the get go saying he didn’t remember me saying I was leaving state. He remembered bit and pieces of the conversation that benefited him. After I was denied a refund(granted the paperwork says no refunds) I became rude too. I tried to explain that I wasn’t going to be in state. Just refund my money or make it right. He initially said I could exchange but the paperwork states no exchanges and no refunds… he was willing to exchange but no refund??? I told him he was a terrible business owner and I was the customer. Both of us were rude to each other, but at the end of the day I’m the customer. I was promised delivery and my stuff was packed and gone… and now I’m out 1200 bucks. He was a telephone tough guy for sure. I would not recommend ANYONE to give this guy business. Dirty tactics for sure. karma will return the favor to this guy. It’s the principle here not the money. He should have made it right regardless since the mistake was made by his store. EDIT: was supposed to have it delivered to alternate address provided by 5 pm today 6÷5÷2015 and no showed again. I’ve messaged him on Facebook with no response and posted on his stores Facebook page which he continues to delete… at 10pm showing his willingness to take away from his family time to try and protect his obviously immoral sales tactics… EDIT: I put pressure on him through social media. Was delivered but preassembled not in boxes like requested. I believe I was given floor model.

Stay away! I first ordered my furniture in Nov 2014, it was broken up on delivery so they gave me an in-store credit. No problem. A couple of weeks later, I redeemed the instore credit and finaly got them in April 25, 2015!!! When I called for updates they would give false delivery dates, will not return your money, very rude. When the set finaly arrived 5 months later, again, the furniture was ripped!!! So they took the furniture back and then told us that there was another set at the store but that WE will have to pick it up. At this time, I was so ready to get this over with that I just went to pick em up myself. Please do yourself a favor and go to a legit store even if it’s going to cost you a few more dollars.

My furniture was ordered 12⁄31 I finally relieved the last piece on March 30, 2015. Good luck to buyers. And I’m suspicious of «yelp» as well. The only review recommended was 9 months ago from a woman who doesn’t even live in San Antonio. And I’m currently filing with the BBB.

This doesn’t even deserve one star. I was told my bed frame would be delivered two weeks ago. I got a call saying it would be delivered last Saturday between ten and two, I called half past two wondering where it was and was told that someone gave me the incorrect information. I was beyond frustrated. Then the owner gavel his word promising that it would be delivered today and they called to tell me it was damaged and it would be next Thursday. I wanted a refund but sadly they take your money and make you promises that can’t be delivered. Do not buy anything from this place. I will never again purchase anything from here.

buyer beware!!! i purchased and paid in full for a king size mattress in april 2013. they said that i can pick up my mattress in 2 – 3 weeks or i am qualified for a full refund. so as 3 weeks went by without a phone call or any contact from this company i called to check on my mattress which was still not there. so naturally i was upset and asked to speak with the manager. the guy on the line said the manager is not available but he should return to work on the following tuesday. i gladly called back four days later and asked to speak with the reg manager which turned out to be the same guy i spoke with the previous call!!! he then tried to make me wait another day for my mattress making it a 31⁄5 week wait. bad business all the way. and im still waiting for my mattress:(
