My first order. Very impressed with speed of delivery and presentation of food. Had impromptu gathering at my home. Ordered several appetizers and the flan. Everyone was pleased and asked where I ordered from. Definitely can’t wait to try additional menu items!

Ordered the Kung Pao chicken with crab Rangoons, fried rice and egg drop soup for pick up. First of all I was given a bowl of lemon sauce instead of the egg drop soup(seriously?!?). Additionally the fried has a fishy after taste and is not fresh. I literally threw it away, it was gross. And the chicken is nothing special. Needless to say I will not be going back.

I just called this place to place an order… they to use to send a man out with a little computer so that you could swipe your credit card… but this time he wanted all of my information on my credit card over the phone including my code on the back of my card and when I asked him if this is the place where they send a man out with the computer he said okay will cancel the order bye bye… wow that is ridiculous

ONLINEORDERSBEWARE!!! I ordered using EAT24 app. After waiting nearly 3 hours for my meal, the restaurant had given me the wrong order. When I called to correct this issue staff was incredibly rude and refused to correct their mistake. I will NEVER be ordering from this place again.

Traditional staples with a few well received one-offs. Good value to portion/quality ratio. Wish they had duck: P

My husband and I usually like this place. But tonight and the time we ordered to go food before, it was really bad. I got the egg Foo young and it was burnt. I had to throw the entire order away. My husbands phở did not have much flavor. We also ordered special fried rice and there was no shrimp in it. Obviously whoever they have as the cook now is doing a sad sad job. I don’t know how much longer this place will last, but they really need to get a better cook.

What I like about this place is obviously thier food. I have tried their phở which has a great taste and thier pad Thai! Very good! Like to come when it is not super busy because then the staff gets a little behind on getting your order this getting your food. Located on corner of huebner and Babcock inside the Babcock North shopping center, it is convenient for a quick lunch getaway on a Sunday afternoon while running errands.

The wings I ordered smelt so bad that I had to take them to the dumpster imeadiately and light a candle. My dog was repulsed.

Sometimes behind a hole in the wall hides a hidden treasure. In this restaurant, looking from the exterior as if it has shuttered sits a rather excellent phở restaurant. Speaking just to the phở, my wife and I found our respective selections to be quite generous and tasty. My wife ordered the shrimp phở with vegetables and I had the beef stew phở. As an appetizer we had the fried spring rolls. The fried spring rolls are a tad narrower than the usual fried spring rolls but what they certainly tasted good and had that excellent crunch on the outside that I like so much. The inside contained the usual: minced pork, cabbage, carrots. Quite tasty. My wife really enjoyed her phở. This place didn’t skimp on the shrimp or the vegetables. Sometimes behind a hole in the wall hides a hidden treasure. In this restaurant, looking from the exterior as if it has shuttered sits a rather excellent phở restaurant. My wife really enjoyed her phở. This place didn’t skimp on the shrimp or the vegetables. The broth had that phở smell that is the hallmark of authenticity. The beef stew phở wasn’t as thick as I thought it would be — same as the regular phở but with a beefier, darker broth. I chose the egg noodles in lieu of the rice noodles excellent choice. The beef stew phở was filled with delicious noodles and nice, big, tender chunks of beef. Overall, we were very happy to have stumbled across this nondescript little place. We’ll certainly be adding it to our phở rotation.

Not a fan. I came here because of the reviews. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the mess behind the front counter. The man behind the front counter was on the store phone arguing with what sounded like a customer. After he hung up the phone he proceeded to take my to-go-order. He seemed understandably frazzled. It was kind of awkward after that. Let’s move on to the food. The food came out fairly quickly. I got my order and went on my way. I get to my destination and opened the container of General Tso Shrimp. I thought General Tso Shrimp would be delicious. This was the most watery General Tso sauce I have ever had. General Tso is usually fairly thick. Besides being watery It was overly salted. Even when I do not enjoy a meal I will finish it but not this time. The rice was good so I ate some of that and the food came out fast and hot.

I ordered pad Thai and orange chicken. The orange chicken wasn’t very good and they left the sticker on the orange. The fried rice was pretty bad, very dry and looked like it had been sitting for days. The pad Thai was terrible! I’m talking the worst I’ve ever had! Why are there so many bell peppers in it? I ordered the medium spice level but it was very bland and dry. All you can taste was the peppers and that’s because I picked them out. I definitely would not recommend eating here with so many better choices in the area.

Avoid like the plague. The dumplings tasted bitter and the«kung pao chicken» was, to paraphrase Douglas Adams, almost but not quite unlike kung pao chicken.

Ordered through Grub Hub. Usually order someplace else, but decided to give this one a try. Never again. I ordered the mushroom dinner with chicken, spring roll and egg drop soup. My husband ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce, Vietnamese spring roll and egg drop soup. First off there was a joke in each of the main dish containers. Not sure if they think they needed to ventilate or what. The soups were ok. Your basic egg drop soup. My mushroom dinner wasn’t too bad. The spring roll was overly fried. Tasted weird, so didn’t eat it. Husbands shrimp was a disappointment. Vegetables were canned or frozen peas and carrots. Something in the dish upset his stomach as well. Since he has gluten and mushroom allergies it could have been cross contamination from either. I did let them know of both. Think I’ll stick to my usual place from now on.

Ordered delivery tonight through Eat24 — immediately got a text from Eat24 letting us know to expect a longer than usual delivery. They did get us the food by the«at the latest» time, so that was fair. Sadly, the quality of the food was not worth the wait. My husband ordered General Tso’s, which he said was about what he expected to be, but nothing amazing. He did like the egg roll, and saved the egg drop soup for later. His comment was«meh, nothing great, but perfectly passable.» My Pad Thai, however, was a huge disappointment. So, first off, I was not expecting a giant pile of green and red bell peppers on top, which I promptly picked out. Also, I didn’t like that I had to pick the«protein» and anything other than tofu was extra, and there were no combo options. On top of that, I am pregnant and having bad heart burn, so I went with mild spice — apparently that translates into no flavor. Like, no tamarind carried and unlike other places that provide a small bit of spice in case you want to amp it up to your level, there was none with this order. I expected Thai mild, not white person bland. Also, once I started eating I found odd, slightly differently cooked noodles(way wider than the skinny ones, which were close to overcooked), and pieces of random beef… CLEARLY from another dish, which implies the woks/cooking pans were not being cleaned between uses. GROSS. UGH. I suspect that part of what happened with the bell peppers/blandnes is that they are trying to do a variety of styles, which can lead to all the dishes being«meh» examples of the styles. The signs of bad kitchen practices, however? Not good. Considering there are a TON of other delivery places in the same area, we will be sticking with other places in the future.

Food is good, but do not ever order through website or wait for delivery. We received a curtesy call about our order stating it would be 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. That was fine, until one hour and 15 minutes later and still no food. My husband called the restaurant to ask about our delivery and was told it would would be 30 more minutes. Then the man on the phone, rudely, stated that my husband heard wrong about the delivery time. We cancelled our order after a rude exchange. I just don’t understand how people don’t value good service. All he had to do was apologize for the delay and make sure it got to us right away. Never again.

My go-to for Chinese takeout! I usually get the green beans with pork meal which comes with enough food to last me two meals. Service is quick and food is hot when I pick it up! AND it’s delicious. Can’t go wrong with that.

Just left this place, my mom, her husband and I had a horrible experience. Food was so gross. I had a steak phở, the soup smelled bad and the steak tasted like it had went bad already, the texture was really weird. My mom tasted her soup and she was so grossed out with how greasy it was, and the smell, she asked the waiter to just take it away because she didn’t like it and he asked her«What’s wrong with it?» twice and I finally told him«She just doesn’t like it!» So he just stared at my mom so she told him«I’ll still pay for it» so he just picked the bowl up and left to the back and never came back out, another girl brought the check to us. My moms husband got the pad thai, he didn’t like it much either but it wasn’t as bad as the soups, I eat pad thai pretty regularly so I know what it’s supposed to taste like and look. His noodles were over cooked and sticky, and they added green and red bell peppers, I never had pad thai with bell pepper before but I guess I’ve been having it wrong. I didn’t even try his plate, I’m pretty sure I would’ve hated it too. If I was the one paying for lunch, I wouldn’t even had payed for the soups that we didn’t even eat, but that’s just me. A couple came in to eat and I just wanted to warn them, to tell them to just turn back around and run!!! (Sorry for the bad grammar, trying to type this and walk at the same time)

I’ve eaten in restaurant as well as ordered to go. Food: I’ve tried the pork vermicelli on several occasions and the banh cuon. And it just doesn’t taste good at all. :(It’s bland and chewy. There hasn’t been anything redeemable on my visits with regards to food. So disappointing given all the rave reviews. Service: Nothing to write home about. Environment: Inside, it was very quiet and dark, almost gloomy. They also do delivery. I tried to give it a couple of shots, but sorry, nope. I would not recommend at all unless they change their food quality and recipes completely.

I always drive past this small little mom and pop shop, but never actually go inside. Yesterday, after unsuccessfully trying to get phở at two other locations, my friend and I decided to come here. I was pleasantly surprised at how neat and clean it was inside. The lights were dimmed to create a more romantic atmosphere. The menu has a wide selection of different types of Asian food. They have a very good dinner special. For under $ 10(if you get pork, chicken, beef, or tofu) you get a cup of soup, egg roll, rice, and your entrée. I can say for certain that this is a very filling meal. Their hot and sour soup was actually very good – more on the sour side than the spicy. The egg roll was very crispy and stuffed with shredded vegetables. I actually forgot what the dish I ordered was called, but it had green bell peppers, onions, and pork mixed with a spicy sauce. They used this red pork and it was really good! I was actually surprised they used this type of pork because I think it’s more expensive than normal pork you’d buy at the store. Our waiter was really sweet and extremely attentive. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and would come again if I was craving some Americanized Asian food.

Not at all happy with my delivery order… I always order the beef vermicelli bowl add spring rolls. I open my order: no beef! No meat at all. I call. Confusion. Owner man calls me back saying I ordered vermicelli w/spring roll… if I wanted meat, it’s $ 2 more. Funny I’ve heard this excuse before when my spring rolls were missing. He keeps saying«it’s $ 2 more»…well take it out of the overly generous $ 7 tip I gave you that obviously wasn’t deserved! You just lost a fairly loyal customer. Over $ 2/missing beef. Bravo.
