Get «to go» on & off. Usually get pork fried rice. It’s good. Egg drop soup is plain but flavorful. I’ve never eaten inside, just used drive thru. If say give their food a shot! (Have had sweet/​sour chicken lunch special and it was good and a LOT of chicken!) worth $$$

Good food. It was hot and came out fast.
Good serving size. No bad rating for service because there is no service. You pay for your food and sit down and eat. this Beijing has better food than the others in San Antonio. I would recommend.

Our experience today was terrible ! Three orders of fried spring rolls were way over cooked !!! The wrappers were greasy and tough and half of the oeders they burned the wrappers ! The oil they used tasted rancid and old for the spring rolls ! The fish oil sauce was WAY to salty and no flavor ! Worst of all, the two lady’s that wait tables and cashier were incredibly unfriendly and bad attitudes ! They did not take the time to explain the dishes we asked about ! When we showed them the spring roll pieces, about 6 pieces that were burned, they agreed to bring out only 4 pieces that were worse than the first original orders ! I just called to let them know about our experience and the same lady on cashier hung up the phone and told me to go eat somewhere else ! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE WAITRESS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ! We will DEFINITELY NEVER RETURN HERE !!! OVER $ 40.00 FOR FOUR PEOPLE FOR CRAP ! Save your money … Walmart ’ s egg rolls in the refrigerated section are a 1,000x better than their egg rolls !

Horrible staff! Horrible management! Horrible place! Save yourself… it’s too late for me. My mouth has had to go through the misfortune of coming to Beijing Express at 4407 Blanco Rd in San Antonio TX! The management is oblivious to anything and everything and the food is probably he left over microwaveable Tai Pei meals from the clearance rack of WalMart. Needless to say, I wish there was an option for NO STARS!

Been going here & ordering delivery from here for a few years & I’ve never written a review because it isn’t good enough or bad enough. It is just… meh. Although, I would recommend ordering delivery because the place is quite old & dusty & in dire need of some remodeling. The food is edible but not great; I have my left-​overs (Curry Tofu) in the fridge right now & I probably won’t eat it… The thing is I have not found a really good Chinese restaurant in S.A. & definitely not in my area of Alta Vista so sometimes I just settle for BE on Blanco.

Love coming here!!! My favorite dishes are the beef lemongrass/​spring roll combo and the Vietnamese hot and sour soup. It’s a hole in the wall type place but that’s what makes it so special. A good change from all the chain restaurants in SA.

I will never order from here again. I have eaten Chinese from just about everywhere and this was probably the worst I have ever had. Fried rice with nothing in it?! What? Not a pea or an egg in sight. It’s literally just rice. And the sesame chicken… It was pretty dry and rubbery. It also had a slight filmy coating that gave it an almost gritty texture. I could only get down a few bites before I threw it away. On a good note, the delivery guy was really nice.
Same price as many other much better establishments. Keep looking.

I have eaten here before when I used to live closer. It was good then. Today was a great disappointment. Ordered a Thai dish that the menu said was rice noodles and broccoli– it was egg noodles and spinach and very bland. Extremely disappointing! I had ordered it because I can’t eat gluten and wanted the rice noodles and spinach is no way near broccoli! They ripped me off. Not at all what it used to be. The summer rolls were all rice noodle and lettuce with ok shrimp but bland and boring. Will never come here again!

I ordered the sesame chicken dinner and potstickers after receiving a flyer outside my house. It arrived in 30 minutes and was good. The chicken wasn’t too dry and the portion was large. For $ 20 (tip included), I could eat 3 – 4 meals. I’m not complaining and I’ll likely order again.

Received a menu on my door. Decided to give it a try and order delivery. Woman on the phone was rude and declined to tell me when my food would be delivered and how much. No greeting and instant hang up once I gave her my cc number. Food was delivered in a decent time frame (45 minutes) but didn’t receive a receipt. Found out that the prices on the menu were wrong and I don’t know what else I was charged. Total was supposed to be $ 15.50 ($ 7.75×2) but it ended up being $ 18.50 ($ 7.95×2 + $ 2.60). It’s free delivery and tax isn’t that much. Will not be ordering here again.

Awful!!! The rice was not cooked my chicken was so dry and my wontons were burnt! My fried ordered fried rice and my eggs were yellow. Never ordering from here again.

It’s okay not great but better than average. The Gen. Joe’s Chix was heavy on the sweet side but did have the tang it should have and that’s good. The rice was good too but where’s the peas, carrots, and egg?
I’ll try it again but it’s on patrol.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had! We ordered it today for delivery since we got the flyer in the mail, and it took over an hour to get here (I live 10mins from the place). And the food was horrible, it was so bad that me or my friends couldn’t eat our food. I would NOT recommend this to anyone!
