The service is ABSOLUTELYINCREDIBLE! Brittany and the night crew are super sweet and truly cared about our dining experience. My family and I were dining in for our first time and we were floored by the level of customer service we received. The green beans and potato salad were super yummy. The prices are definitely lower than the average bbq joint and the service we received is the reason I will return.

While I will say I prefer the Rudys across the street when it comes to brisket, their fried chicken and chicken fingers are really good. They also offer really good breakfast! Their biscuit and gravy is great and really well priced and their hash brown potatos are good but I think I’d be happier if they were fried a little longer. Their staff has always been friendly and their drive thru is almost always quick even with 8 cars in line.

MMMMM! Bill Miller fried chicken for lunch! With most of Miller’s other menu offerings mostly average to somewhat decent, I gotta say… I LOVE their fried chicken. Crispy, juicy and HOT, right out of the fryer. The best(next to my own, of course)! Wife and I stopped in after a brief visit with a gastro specialist(fighting those old digestive tract issues… not good). Fried chicken seems to be a comfort after getting some not good but not bad news about GI issues but I can still have fried chicken. Just don’t tell the doctor. ;-)

Squared biscuits? Another way Bill Miller’s is cutting corners and charging extra. This is just un American

Good BBQ for a fast food chain, the sweet is off the chain when they get it right, otherwise you’ll be left with a cup full sadness. Skip the fried chicken, though it smells great, IT. IS. FLAVORLESS. The number one special is the way to go.

As a new resident to the San Antonio area I have learned that there is Bill Millers everywhere I have not found out what is so big about them most of the brisket is extremely fatty the other items that they have just don’t have the great smoky barbecue flavor that you’d expect from the area… I understand that most of the BBQ is tracked in from downtown San Antonio but that should not be an excuse at all I have found that the brisket is fatty especially when on a breakfast taco in the morning however I would say when it comes to brisket tacos they are probably the best in the area at least from where I tried… But prefer other restaurants over this one for other foods… Too bad the BBQ place across the street Rudy’s didn’t serve breakfast tacos…

Hot and fresh and quick. Love their extra lean brisket tacos, Bacon and egg tacos, fried chicken, soup, baked chicken, and their pies. Ahh, their Lemon Meringue is great.

This place is terrible! The food is so bland. I ordered a chicken sandwhich Yuck! Taste like they boiled their chicken and threw some of their watered down bbq sauce. Their peach cobbler doesnt even taste like cobbler it taste like cumin. Not to add they charge you for a refill are you kidding me. Definitely won’t come here again!

Hey, I’m a college student, so while the obvious choice for better BBQ is across the street at Rudy’s, when I’m hungry, I’ll opt for Bill Miller 90% of the time. It’s quick, clean, cheap, and while the food is not Lockhart, TX quality, it’s not terrible either.

Very bland food at best. small portions may have been a blessing. The staff I will say was very hard working and very courteous, they deserved the stars I wouldn’t give Bill Miller

Drive thru !!! Yay! on the way to work this is one of my stops. There might be like 10 cars ahead of me but the wait is never long it goes by super fast which is a plus when one is running late to work. The only thing i wish they had was a bigger choice for coffee. They only serve it in a super small cup.

This location is right across the street from a Rudy’s. Just the fact that they are still open says volumes about their food at this location. I had the rib plate, the ribs were great ! I also had two sides of mashed potatoes and a side of green beans. The mashed potatoes were good but honestly they were«average». The green beans were different. They were presented in a dish of something that looked like sauce. Anyway they looked pretty greasy. And that kind of led me to not eat more than a bite. Ribs were good. I was a little surprised I didn’t get a role or piece of bread with the plate. Overall not bad. I’d go back
