Breakfast here sucks. I ordered a brisket taco. One would expect it consists of mostly meat. Instead i got 3 pieces of fat and a strip of brisket that was half fat. I even ordered lean.

I’m a breakfast taco guy and fell in love with the breakfast here when they first started offering it. Since then the quality has seriously gone downhill. I have called them several times about the issue but still failed to see improvement. We have since taken our breakfast business elsewhere.

I recently used Bill Miller drive thru and ordered a chicken burger set and it was a horrible taste. The burger was socked and it had only chicken and two piece pickle. after finishing to get my food at window and I turned right to go to starbuck I hit something on my right side of the tire. I didn’t realize there was extremely high stacking lane right end of the drive thru lane. The drive thru window and the end of drive thru zone is too close and the driver easily can run over the lane. I already saw a lot of skid marks on the top of the staking lane. My black sedan run over the lane and scratched all the way of right side of my car. I took the photos of my car damages and the road. I reported the incident to the manager and she gave a headquarter phone number. I got a call from the person in charge(Stacie Huser) in Bill Miller corporation and she was extremely rude and hung up the phone while I was talking. It was very discreminated to do that to me. I will spread this bad experience to every media to let people know and talk to my lawyer. Don’t go to Bill Miller BBQ. They don’t care about customer!!! Please share with this post to your friend. Thank you.

My family get’s Bill Miller pretty often either for breakfast tacos or a quick lunch/dinner. The bar-b-que obviously isn’t the best in town but it’s not bad and I like that they offer fresh salads and green beans in addition to the regular bbq sides as well as corn tortillas for breakfast tacos. The one thing that I don’t like is their inconsistency. Almost every other time our order is either incorrect or missing an item, which they correct right away but I always feel bad having to bring it to the staff’s attention. Because of this I never go through the drive thru unless it’s for one or two things that I can quickly check before driving off.

I have traveled in and out of country. Tried many different types of BBQ. Ten years ago I moved to Tampa Florida and tried Sonny’s BBQ, at that time it was the worst I had ever tasted. UNTILNOW! This stuff should not be considered food let alone BBQ. I had the #7 pulled pork and fries. The best thing about this meal was the ice tea! My wife and daughter had the #1 brisket sandwich, which was tasteless. The fries were limp and under cooked, even the bun was tasteless. There only redeeming quality is the staff was very nice. It’s a shame they have to serve such slop The Regular Guy Foodie

BBQ bull! Don’t waste your time. I used to LOVE Bmiller. Over the last year, it has really gone down hill. For a locally owned company, they sure treat San Antonians like second class. The eggs are runny, the tacos are skimpy and expensive. I always ordered a turkey salad for lunch until they stopped serving rolls. The meat is dry, and the lettuce is leftover core. There were 2 cherry tomatoes and 1 slice of cucumber in my last salad. Plus, you have to specifically ask for condiments or napkins. What a cheap joint, for being SO expensive. It’s fast food. Go to Rudy’s!

Ordered a regular #1… Poorboy and tea. The sandwich was hard ss a rock like it was made this morning, not when I ordered it. Too bad I was across town already, I would have returned it and complained!!! Bad Bill Millers. Really disappointed.

Was visiting San Antonio and stopped here for bbq this has to be the worse BBQ I have ever ate. Fort Worth and Dallas has way more better BBQ places than this. The potato salad was nasty and the brisket tasted like it came from a TV dinner.

Bill Miller should be ashamed to have his name attached to this place, whoever he is. I am visiting from out of state and have some local relatives in the area. They have never been to BM so I suggested it, based on the fact that every time I Drive by the place always looks busy. First impression that I was a little kind of like a fast food restaurant on the inside with proper seating. Obviously when it comes to barbecue places you cannot judge a book by its cover so we ordered. I ordered a rib and brisket platter with cole slaw, french fries and beans. I have had better service and better food at McDonalds. To even attempt or think that this is real BBQ is beyond me. The ribs had potential had they not been over cooked the brisket was nothing more than processed meat and singed on the outside to resemble BBQ. Quite certain the beans came out of a can in the French fries definitely came from a bag. Who was the best part the barbecue sauce which technically should not even be called barbecue sauce. I don’t claim to be the king of barbecue sauce but I now say that I know what it tastes like when you add ketchup and water together. I should have listened to other people and verbal reviews I’m not surprised if they’re only if you want here why waste your time reviewing such a crappy restaurant. I am NOT a perfectionist by any means and did not expect the world when I went into this place, but this is a sad excuse for a BBQ joint. If you don’t believe me try it for yourself.

First place I went when I got to Texas was Bill Miller’s. Best fried chicken around! The food is fresh the service is fast and friendly and the portions are great for the price.

My family and I were starving and we wanted to try something new so we stopped in for some good ol’ Texas BBQ. When you walk in you order your food at the counter and then wait for it to be prepared. This place has really great and reasonable prices, rib plate $ 7.99 large drinks $.99…WHAT??? So we were super excited order! My mom and I tried the rib plate with potato salad, baked beans cole, slaw and hash browns. The ribs were yummy, not fall off the bone good but I really enjoyed the sauce. The potato salad was delicious full of flavor. The cole slaw was interesting. It was a little to much vinegar and tartness for my taste. The hash browns were more like chopped potatoes which were good but I was looked for the shredded potatoes… so that was a slight let down. My dad tried the fried chicken, which was delicious! It was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Just like good friend chicken should be, for sides he had the french fries which were like steak fries and really yummy. It almost made me wish I had ordered it! I saw some other dishes, the salads were huge and looked delicious and they offer bread and butter as a side, if you dine in you can pick up a few pieces to enjoy while you are waiting for your plate to be prepared. Overall, it was a good experience, the food was okay, the prices were great and the portion sizes were huge.
