Wing-Stop

I ordered a combo and asked if I could not have drink and add extra ranch instead. i figured it would be ok since another location always does it and it works in their favor but nope manager was a butt about it. i hate to say it but after he was asked by a employee he stared me down for a sec before he said no. he was (Hispanic and I’m white).i felt a little racism.

First time at this location and on a busy Saturday night it’s slightly packed but not crowded. Orders are being taken fairly quickly and I see tables being promptly cleaned when patrons leave. I like their organization! The noise level isn’t horribly loud and there are very large parties in here and I can appreciate that as well. Wings and fries were fresh and tasted as expected, wonderful! I will be back for me!

We ordered pick up tonight from this location. We either dine in order pick-​up from here a few times a month. Tonight our lemon pepper wings were doused in too much seasoning & extremely salty. Too salty to even enjoy. I called the store back to let them know how gross our wings were and we couldn’t even eat them. The manager (Johnny) told me that if we brought them back he would replace them, if not then all he could do is APOLOGIZE. Horrible customer service. Why should I be inconvenienced for their mistake? Should I really have to drive back to their store to show the manager my wings? He wasn’t nice about it either. On the plus side there is another wing place in our area. Wing Daddy’s! This Wing Stop will never receive my business again. My family loves Wing Stop, but after these shenanigans I refuse to support this establishment.

As expensive as it usually is to feed a family of 4 you would think the orders would be correct. We typically dine in, but asking them to correct an error disturbing the fast pace always seems a bother. We love the fries with cheese dipping sauce but there are better places to drop $ 50.

If your looking for delicious wings and customer service this is not the establishment! According to
it’s stated that a 10 piece combo was $ 8.99. I placed a call over the phone to place my order and when I arrived to pick it up I was rudely told by the manager, Michael Stone that they do not go by the prices on the website. It was about $ 4.00 more for the meal. Yet, their togo bags have a big green sign that says wing
! The manager condescendingly shouted at me and stated, «Don’t you see our signs, those are the prices!» That will be my last time visiting that location! While their food is decent, the customer service is horrible and unprofessional! You are better off going to Wing Daddy’s across the street!

This is my go to for wings on the far west side. They are consistently good and fresh. I wish they had a few more options like salads but I’ve liked everything I’ve ever tried from here except for the coleslaw which is very sweet.

I usually order to-​go by calling in my order and so far and it’s always been correct and the staff who I speak with on the phone are always cordial and helpful. Whenever I go there is always a line out the door so if you are ordering to-​go, I recommend calling ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. P. S. The Louisiana Rub and new Spicy Korean are my favorite flavors so far. I’m not sure what’s «Korean» about the Spicy Korean flavor, in my opinion it’s more Honey Sriracha flavored.

It was good. We went to one closer to our house and it was packed, the line being outside the door. This one wasn’t so busy but took a long time with just our drinks. When the food came out, it made it all worth it. I’d go back!

Fast service and the place was very clean. My favorite wing place, this location off SAC is always very clean and employees are always courteous

The food was late, even though we ordered online, and the order was wrong. Soggy fries and terrible service.

Terrible service, the employees definitely weren’t happy to be there. Ordered the 40 piece family meal for my 4 kids and me, took FOREVER to get (dine in) and then we had to basically beg for napkins. Tables were bare and the entire restaurant had to share a half roll of paper towels. For $ 60 we could have done better.

This location is our go to wing stop. I am giving it three stars because when we go to eat in the staff is nice, place is clean and food is good. But, when we order online or phone in our order it’s a disaster. The last time we ordered we were missing a fry and this time we ordered the order was completely wrong. When we called back he told us he put it in the computer correctly that it must of been the cooks. Nothing like placing the blame. They made it correct and we drove back there to pick up the correct order we have never been offered any compensation for the errors in the ordering.

I love Wing Stop! It’s my fav wing place! Although, this location is not a good one. 3 out of 3 times they have failed to meet standard expectations. Is it too much to ask for fresh fries? To make sure the ranch I ordered was in the bag? To give us the order we had ordered. Just got home from picking up our carry out order and when we open the box, there were 20 wings, BUT 13 wings were not what we ordered. Instead of 13 mild and 7 BBQ, we got 13 lemon pepper and 7 BBQ. How unfortunate. when I called to let them know about my order, they put me on hold for over 5 mins. I hung up and called back twice and it was busy.

Worst service. I ordered online and the order was to be ready at 6:48. Showed up at 6:48 and was told that my order would be ready in a few minutes. 10 minutes later, my order wasn’t ready. Walked up to tell them that my order should have been ready a long time ago. I should have been able to walk in, grab my order and leave. That is why I ordered online in the first place, and they told me they hadn’t even began making my order! This location is craps. Employees don’t give a damn. I asked for my money back, and they suddenly had my order packed up and ready to go. Nope. Keep it and give me back my damn money. Ridiculous services. Never again.

Wings are Ok, nothing special. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. Trash on the floor, food that had been dropped and left for at least the time I was there. Several tables were not cleared. French fry’s were good, customer service was good.

If you’re going to try this place try this order: «Hot» & «Garlic Parmesian» original wings followed with fries and cheese sauce. Wash down with water. DONE DEAL nom nom nom
