Food was ok. We both had brisket and the brisket itself was good but the «BBQ» sauce was not that good time. Fiancé didn’t like it either. When I asked if she liked the sauce her exact words, «I didn’t like any of it… the beans were good.» I disagree the food was decent. @$ 18 for two meals with a drink is a good price but you get what you pay for. I would rather pay an extra $ 5 for something better. We are from Kentucky and hoping for some good Texas BBQ just not what we thought. We like «City Barbecue» up north. Skip it.

This Bill Miller is located at their downtown headquarters so it is not a full restaurant with complete menu. The menu only goes up to a combo 5 instead of the 9 or 10 at other locations. There is seating but it is a small space with no self-​serve bread/​condiment bar. It will get you a decent meal if you are in the area and don’t want to drive out of downtown for fast food or pay for parking. Free parking out front, some even in the shade.

BBQ Brisket was okay at best. They only had one type of bbq sauce for it and tasted like a mixture of traditional bbq and hotsauce. The prices however are very reasonable which does give them some redemption. Side dishes that I tried were (hashbrowns, potato salad, and cole slaw). The hasbrowns were aweful and the rest were okay.
My friend also tried the fried chicken. If I rated this chicken alone it would be a 1 star. You could tell by looking at it that it would taste awful.

Stopped here while I was in town on business. I’m definitely not picky when it comes to BBQ — but seriously, this place was awful. I got a combo plate for about $ 8. For that price, I got two very small, flavorless slices of brisket and 3 sides. The sides were decent. Not much flavor, but good portions. However, I didn’t come here for sides. I came for the BBQ. What a shame.

Really good place. This is their headquarters building so the restaurant has limited hours (Only Monday– Friday from 9 to 4) and food options. The people who work here are very friendly and the food here is very fresh (Owing to this being their headquarters and distribution center) This one is not incredibly busy, and most of the people who eat here are employees. Overall a good place.
