My review is to rate the Drive Thru at this location during the breakfast hours. Two of the nicest folks work the drive thru, Kerry and Martha. My order is always prepared accurately and quickly. One day an item I ordered was not available. Kerry offered me a similiar item at no charge. Now that’s customer service!

Just left the drive thru… Asked the guy one question and he said… Very rudely«yes! If u look at the board you would have seen it». I said Um no! That part of the menu is blocked off and since u have such a bad attitude never mind. I left. Never going back

Ordered the new Teriyaki Chicken sandwich; it had no teriyaki sauce on it. Not worth the drive back. Also noted they are advertising two of these for $ 5; they charged me $ 4.75 for one.

I know that I should not expect a lot from a fast food restraint however customer service is a must wherever you work. I have been coming to this location since they opened around 2007. Customer service has never been spectacular but it was way better than what I experienced today. I ordered 6 breakfast sandwiches through the drive thru. Just the sandwiches, not the meals. When I pulled up to the window I was told by Jalisa.” Just so you know, next time you have an order of than size you have to call it in ahead of time.” Now, I understand the logic behind the call ahead, I think the delivery should have been different. If you are trying to inform me that if I have an order of that size(not that I think 6 sandwiches qualifies as an extremely large order exactly) I have the option to call it in so I do not have to wait so long, then tell me like that. I was shocked to know that a family ordering more than 4 sandwiches would HAVE to call in their order, at a fast food chain. I came close to asking for my card back and leaving the food there and I would have if I was not picking up for people at work. Very disappointed and will contact the manager. The employees need to understand that as a customer I do not HAVE to do anything. I don’t HAVE to bring my business to them ever. I will gladly drive to a farther location for better service and the same food!

Very friendly, high price for fast food burger fries and soda. I would gladly pay that and more for the food in the pictures around the dining area. Dining are was very nice, employees friendly, burger was good, but the buns were a bit oversized, and the lettuce a bit chunky for a burger.

I had a great experience here the other evening. After stopping by Carl’s Jr nearby and them failing to help us, we decided to stop at BK since we were STARVING and really wanting to eat burgers and fries. It was around 9PM on a Saturday night and we weren’t sure if their actual dining area would be open, so I peaked inside, and noticed they didn’t close til midnight! SCORE. So, we went in and were greeted immediately. This particular BK location is really no frills. No playground for the kiddos, a pretty small dining area compared to others I’ve been in. But, the lady behind the counter was really nice and accomodating. Since we were the only ones in(and no one was at drive thru) our food came to us nice and hot, and they even delivered it to our table, which was nice. When we left, we threw all of our trash away and everybody that was working wished us a good evening. Then when we got in the car, we noticed they were cleaning up our table and cleaning the dining area. They looked like they genuinely cared about their workplace which was nice. Would definitely recommend and I’m sure we’ll be back!

This place is close to the house, so i drive Thur on my way out. 1st bad experience. in drive Thur behind another car that’s trying to order food. unable to order due to the fact that the manager is too busy trying to flirt with the customer. i hear the girl tell him that cars are lining up behind her, he says that all right they can wait. customer service at its finest. 2nd bad experience drive Thur again this time i order 2 whopper Jr’s one of them is freshly made the other must have been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time, very bad.
