I shopped around and Central Security provided the best pricing. I am very pleased with the customer service. I was working with another alarm company and had an issue with my system. I called Central Security and Jay came out quickly and took care of the problem. He was friendly and professional. Having trust in the person who takes care of my alarm system is important. I trust Jay and plan on referring my family and friends.

Central security has provided nothing but excellent service. The prices are very fair, and the best thing was NO CONTRACTS. I met the owner, Jay and he explained exactly what I needed, and what I really didn’t need. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants good service along with honesty from these guys. There are not to many businesses left out there, that actually care for their customers

With my husband traveling international monthly, I need to feel safe when I am home alone. The Central Security team installed, explained and monitors my home with professionalism and expertise! I am impressed with the customer service at Central Security, I have a direct person to call with any question that pops up. Their service has been so outstanding in my home, and they are very affordable (super inexpensive!) as I plan my new office construction there is no question that Central Security will be the only choice to keep my business safe for me!

Called to get help with my DSC security system and Jay was more that helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to any one looking for a home security system. They are family owned and they treat you as such. They now have a store in San Antonio TX. Glad to see there are still some reputable security business… no over selling up front and honest.
