They hardly ever say «my pleasure» in the drive thru. They aren’t very friendly via drive thru speaker either. it’s always this same girl who’s voice is not very inviting. The person who does the window is always great. The lemonade sometimes tastes like it was made the night before and is now being served if you get any in the morning with breakfast.

I love this location! Out of all the Chick-​Fil-​As in San Antonio, this is by far my favorite. The staff always is smiling and energetic no matter what time of day or how busy it is. The owners are super amazing as well, and they seem really involved with their store. You can tell everyone that works here is happy to be here. I live out in Helotes, but I am more then happy to drive the extra miles for the customer service you get here.

So I am writing this review based on its free breakfast they had this week. I tried everything from the mini chicken biscuits, sausage biscuit, chicken biscuit, and their mini hash browns with the coffee. Being that this was my first time trying their breakfast menu I’d say CFA dominates in breakfast. Move over Mickey D’s with your all day breakfast deal! Everything was delicious and fulfilling its like you wanna go back for more. The honey that’s glazed on the biscuit is just right and not too sweet. Another thing I have to point out that beats McDonald’s biscuits is that CFA’s biscuits don’t crumble as soon as you bite into it. With that said CFA rocks overall! Another thing that I want to point out because I haven’t in other CFA restaurant reviews and what I have to say about this CFA location (and every other location in San Antonio) is the consistency in their service to customers. Very friendly and positive experience. I cannot tell you that I’ve had a negative experience at CFA. This is another reason why I keep coming to CFA. Way to go Chick! I will continue being a loyal customer to the best chicken sandwich in town!

Quilts of the drive through -#5 for my 12 year old. These drive through kids are trained to get you out in 15 seconds. I feel so rushed and pressured

This is the best fast food restaurant I’ve visited in my life! The management is awesomely friendly, and the food was great. I came here just before dawn for breakfast and ordered a Chick-​N-​Minis meal with a Cinnamon Cluster and an employee brought it to my table. The atmosphere was nice. It has a Christian setting with Christian music and Bible verse décor. The food prices are worth it!

This Chick-​Fil-​A is by far my favorite. The play area is ginormous compared to others. The staff is extremely friendly (like at most Chick-Fil-A’s) but I like that the manager seems to be engaged with his employees here and he also cleans off the tables and refills drinks, if need be. Love this location!

This location always has a long line at the drive through, but the service is always speedy. They took our order and had our food ready almost faster than we would have our cash ready to pay. The food is pretty consistent from every other Chick-​fil-​A in the chain. My step-​daughter begs for Chick-​fil-​A so much that we have to put her on a once a week ration or she would eat here every day. The employees, though they are probably trained to do so, are always in a good mood in the drive through. Try the sweet tea at Chick-​fil-​A if you like tea. you will love theirs.

I give three stars, not for the food but for the service. Long story short they left an item out and discovered after we got home. I called them back and after being hung up on by Manager Jessie after she didn’t want to deal with spoke with someone named Robert whom I don’t know if this is even his real name spoke unclearly… Kind of mumbled. I felt we needed a complete refund since we had to drive all the way back in traffic. He said he couldn’t. I just haven’t encountered people this unprofessional at Chikfila before.

While it is fast food I love the food and the health options. I also love this extremely friendly place, They will help you get situated when they see you have your hands full with kids and a tray of food and drinks. I took my twins last night and they had a free face painting event which my kids loved. As I arrived home I realized I forgot my cell phone and drove back and luckily the wonderful people there are honest hard workers who turned in my cell phone that also happens to had my debit card and ID in the holder part of my case. Love this location!

We love this family friendly location!!! The food and service is always above the standard.

I always try and catch fast food restaurants off guard and tonight I did. Walked into this Chick Fil A around 9:20pm and ordered my regular #5 w/​fry and sweet tea. Being from Texas, I was most concerned about my beloved sweet tea and, as always, it was perfect. My nuggets weren’t too far off while on the contrary my fries were on the cold side. All in all, I’d definitely return if I were a local in the area. Service wasn’t far off either being they were in the middle of closing. I was satisfied.

This particular branch is the BEST! Their employees are always happy, refill our drinks from the table and give excellent, yummy chicken!!! We love this Chick Fil A. And we agree with the other reviews, best lemonade!

All the chicken is so delicately prepared with peanut oil in a pressure cooker. It is very moist and tender. The nuggets are great when paired with their custom sweet and tangy Polynesian sauce. The waffle fries are one of a kind and delicious! The carrot salad is so scrumptious. It has bits of pineapple and raisins. The establishment is Christian based so you can enjoy great Christian music while you dine in. They offer great food and awesome customer service. They are closed on Sundays.

Chicken sandwich is great with a large order of potato fries, jalapeño and large sweet tea…
But if your not interested in a sandwich they have a wide selection of chicken meals…

I go here about once a week or every other week for lunch! Gets really packed sometimes but what do you expect with great food and awesome service!
