I had the Southwest Salad, and I need to say IT’S FABULOUS. Perfect spices and nice mixture of goodies to top it off. I have now had it three days in a row. Perfect dinner while here on business. The lines do get a long, but the wait is worth it. Whatever you do, don’t get rid of this item. Also love your chicken wrap and of course the strips, but my favorite is the salad.

This place is always hit or miss. About 30% of the time my meal comes with pickles after I ask for no pickles and then attempt to verify with the cashier at the drive thru window. Today I was in too much of a rush and didn’t check myself. After calling back 7 times, I got ahold of an employee who then put me on hold and later told me the manager wouldn’t /couldn’t talk to me. She told me to bring the receipt back to have it fixed. I, like most people in the drive thru, don’t have time to do that. I was given a «my pleasure» response and received absolutely no help. Guess it’s time to use the Whataburger next door from now on.

As others have mentioned, the lines can get a little long at times, but the food is usually worth the wait. I’ve never had a bad meal from this location. I especially like the outdoor seating area. It’s small but has a nice little pergola to sit under. Service is always great here as well. For me personally, I would like to see a little more salt on the waffle fries, but other than that, the food is always solid.

Always great service. Food is always great as well. We just had three different people throughout our meal come to our table and ask if we needed anything or refill. What great service! Great for kids as well!

Don’t order the Market Salad. For some odd reason this location is serving a scaled down version at the same price. Not sure if they’re pulling a fast one with drive thru customers, but I’ve been served this smaller version the last two times I’ve ordered from them. I mailed the operator asking why, haven’t heard anything.

I came to eat with my mom and sister and struck up a conversation with a man in line about how I was from Hawaii and HAD to stop at chick fil a because we don’t have them on the island. It was packed in there, but not only did our food come out quickly and piping hot, the manager Paul came by and asked how I enjoyed my sandwich because he had overheard I was in town visiting. But he didn’t stop there, he came back with a little reindeer cow toy and wished my sister and I well in our travels. It’s those kinds of small gestures that really take customer service above and beyond. I’m impressed, keep up the good work guys!

Absolutely won’t be going back to this location! Rude cashier and the manager wasn’t much better when requesting a refund after the cashier was rude to me. This location used to be my go to location when traveling home. Not anymore!

Just simply put the Best chicken Sandwich out there — Such a great fresh taste — wish there were more of them — we drive 10 miles when we want a good sandwich

We came on a Saturday between 1:00 and 1:30. There was a long going out of the door and the drive thru line was ridiculous! With that being said… This Chick-fil-a was able to accommodate everyone according and with ease. The line was super fast and efficient! The restaurant was very clean as well! They are staffed appropriately to make sure all guest are taken care of! A girl even stopped by to ask about a refill. The spicy chicken sandwich was amazing! My companion didn’t have the same experience with his food. Although it wasn’t bad, it did taste different today. The fries were also very salty. But we come often and this has never happened before so I’m sure it was just a fluke. With this restaurant being so close to the movie theater, mall, and six flags it does a well job at it’s appearance, service, and good food!

How does Chick-Fil-A get a 1 star? I’m not even sure. I’ve been to this location on several occasions and have refrained from writing a review, but today’s wait is giving me plenty of time to do so. I thought the excruciatingly long wait was an anomaly for such a well run food chain, but this location is the exception. Expect to have a 20 minute wait minimum anytime you are here. If you have things to do and places to be, don’t stop here. Not only does it take them a very long time to get people through their line, but if you choose to take their drive through there is no way out once you enter.

I stopped by this chick fil a on my way to Leon Springs. I’ve been in school all day and I was starving. Didn’t get to eat lunch. It was about 330 pm today 1÷22÷2015. I ordered at the drive thru. I had a #2, with half and half tea and a ice dream cone. My fries were so soggy when I reached in the bag it just flopped between my fingers. Then my chicken sandwich was just a little warm. And the crispy breading was soggy. I ate it anyways. I didn’t have time to turn around and get back in the drive thru. I couldn’t check in because 1 hands free san antonio and 2 the chick fil a was not correct on the map. It’s showing the location on the conservation land. My ice dream was prefect. My tea was great. My fries and sandwich was horrible. I don’t think I’ll go back to this location.

This is a very busy Chic Fil A, so sometimes the wait is a little longer than I like at the drive through … So occasionally, if I don’t want to wait for the 20 cars in front of me, I eat in or on the patio. The food is always hot and my order has never been wrong. The employees are unusually pleasant. The place is always clean and I will continue to go there — forever. AND, now I can enjoy a cup of hot coffee when I’m freezing my cheeks off. Good Job at the Rim!

This place needs some intervention and fast! Starting from the drive-thru experience, it never fails that one lane tends to move 2 – 3 cars for every 1 car in the other lane. If someone can only take 1 order for every 2 – 3 that another person can take, they don’t need to be working the drive-thru lane in a high-volume location like this(which brings me to my second point): I order the same thing every time I visit this location and somehow it gets messed up. I ordered a salad — no chicken, no tomatoes; small FRY, large Sweet Tea(lite ice). I got a salad, SPRITE(which how you confuse Sprite and Fry is BEYOND me and a 5-pound cup of Tea(which means they don’t understand the concept of lite ice either). It would seem to me though, if someone ordered one item and two drinks maybe I should repeat that order back but maybe that’s just me. And God-forbid you don’t catch it until you get thru the drive-thru, in most cases it’s not worth going back to try to get them to correct their mistake(s) because you’re either going to sit in the drive-thru for another 30 minutes or the line inside for close to about the same time. This location is TERRIBLE when it comes to order accuracy. I don’t know if it’s the headsets/mic equipment in the drive-thru or just employees that cave under pressure, but you should really figure it out. Especially with the Dezavala location closed, both this one and the one in medical center are seeing large lifts in traffic so this is going to get worse, before it gets better. A suggestion could/would be to have a system where employees sign in and when guests go online and fill out the surveys, have there be an order accuracy metric and if employees fall below 80%(which is still high at 1 messed up order for every 5), they cannot work the drive-thru lane.

What to say about this location? Well the food is good, generally served fast and hot(not to mention correct), however; its the service that is lackluster. It lacks… luster. The times I’ve been here its been around 9am during the work week and the place is not busy by any means. The staff seems to not want to be there and makes me feel as if I am inconvenencing them by making my morning stop there. Again, no other complaints, just wish the staff were as friendly and personable as they are at other Chick-fil-A locations.

My wife and I went to the Rim location for dinner. I ordered at the register that allowed viewing access to the kitchen. When the manager reached for my large order of fries, he noticed the container was not full enough. He told the«fry guy» to add some more(I was pleased the manager told him to do so). Unfortunately, I was VERY displeased to see the fry guy reach his hand into the fry bin, grab a hand full and stuff them into the container… Oh, and he WAS bare handed(no glove). As the manager proceeded to place the container on the tray, the fry guy did the same thing to the other container in the holding rack. I quickly told the manager that I did not want that container that the guy stuffed the fries into with his bare hand, nor did I want the next container that he did the same thing to. First, I was shocked to see the fry guy do what he did and second I was even more shocked that the manager would have not said anything to the fry guy and would have served me the order if I would not have said anything. As a doctor and a franchisee of two quick serve restaurants, I can tell you that what I saw was very unhealthy and inexcusable. I hope my stores do not do this in my absence and I hope that this is not the Chick-fil-a standard! Not to beat a dead horse, but a little over a year ago(same location) I saw a kid sweeping the floor with a small broom. I was aghast to see him actually use the broom(that has probably been used to sweep the rest room floors a hundred times) to sweep of a table… YES, sweep crumbs off a table with it!!! I did tell the manager and I did hear him tell the kid not to do it again. I think I should have learned at that time that the Rim location may be lacking some education on sanitation. But, after my last experience I think I’ll be finding another place to eat. I do love the food though!
