This was my second time, I went there. The first time I waited ‘only” 2 hours. This tume I was waiting nearly 3 hours and then I had to come back later for the X-​rays. The place is understaffed; some of them are helpful, most of the staff is not. I will definitely not go back there!

Wait time was unbelievable 2 hours to get a shot that as the 3rd in a series of 3. Told them what I was therefore when I checked in and they asked me 3 times what I was here for and they called my boss 2 times. Can you say CLUELESS. I will never enter this place again in life. If it was not work required I will never use a concentra for anything!!!

This place is slow… Very very slow… been waiting over 2 hours for a physical that takes 10 minutes… There are not a lot of people in the waiting room but a bunch of people standing around talking in the back…

I was actually really pleased with my experience here — I was expecting a very long wait, but got in and out on a Monday in about an hour and a half. Had to wait a bit for the actual doctor and I’m not sure she was quite as thorough as she could have been, but the staff were all extremely polite and I got very adequate treatment and advice. I’d definitely return here for urgent care needs in the future.
