I received a dishwasher on 6÷1÷16, and it didn’t work. On 6÷2÷16 Conns sent a man out to see that it work… it still didn’t work. Since 6÷2÷16, The repair man called from my house and stated that it had to be replaced. I have talked to Managers at Conn’s who don’t care about customer service. They were always going to call me back… and never did. I would call and wait 15 minutes for a manager… then I would hang up and call back… another 15 minutes and not manager… call back and after 10 minutes… they hung up the phone. I did speak. I was told(and I didn’t get the persons name, but he told me that it would be delivered on 6⁄3). Chris the manager told me on 6⁄3 that it would be delivered on 6⁄4(all of this with many phones because no one ever calls you back with an update}, plus, I had to drive to Conn’s to get that information Chris told me I’d be getting a call on 6/4, giving me an estimated time of delivery. Well, I never received the call on 6⁄4. On 6/5, I spoke with the opening manager, Joey… poor man… he is so rude, disrespectful, and displays an attitude… that he doesn’t care. But he did tell me that he would contact the«Back-up Delivery man», and get it delivered. Well, he never called back so after church, I called him. He told me it would have be delivered on 6⁄6. He can’t contact the warehouse because they are moving and don’t have phones. He sent an email to them but they never answered him. He was so rushed in his talking that I couldn’t understand him, but he would hang up before I could ask any questions. I am a retired 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran, and I don’t need a young, smart mouth, non-patriotic individual treat me with disrespect, and it seemed like he liked being in control. About 1:30, I spoke with Ramon, a manager. He was the most professional and knowledgeable individual, he explained to me that the ball was dropped… he was sorry that there had been miscommunication with the warehouse and the store. So there was nothing to be done today, and the dishwasher will be delivered tomorrow(6⁄6). Get a «Better Life with Conn’s…NO You get a lot more headaches. Get a «Better Buy»…NO. Home deport, Lowe’s, and Sears have the same prices. I just hope that I get my dishwasher on 6⁄6. One of the reasons that it has been so aggravating to me, Since they disconnected the dishwasher on 6/1…I am not been able to have«hot» water in the kitchen. I have been heating water to do dishes

Be careful because their customer service is HORRIBLE. They treat their customers like garbage. They antagonize you and then blame the customer for their frustration.

Luckily I had purchased insurance on my 70″ Sharp because it was defected & I had 2,000 credit for another tv so of course had to get me a 6,000 the highest tv. Love it No complaints purchased insurance again becuase you never know!

Called to ask a question about a washer I purchased that has not worked correctly since purchasing it. I asked the guy to look it up on the computer to give me information about my washer. his response. Sorry, I’m not logged in yet… I’m just helping to answer the phone and he hung up. WHATTHEHELL???

Glorified rent-a-center if you want to finance. The customer service Rep was outstanding but once he handed us over to the finance person I was done. Very unprofessional! Looked like she just rolled out of bed and came to work. Shirt untucked, sloppy appearance with a shitty attitude. If your in the customer service industry you should have a neat appearance and an attitude to match not a I’m better then you bump on a log attitude. Definitely will not be going back to shop there. Many other furniture, electronic, and bedding stores that would love to have the business

My husband and I went to this store to go look at cameras and computers. When we entered the store not one sales person greeted us. We had been there for about 20 minutes looking around at the merchandise we were interested in and still NOONE ever asked if we needed help. Three employees looke at us and nothing. Finally we were frustrated and started to walk out the door. Before we left, I went up to a manager and told him of our experience but of course he was anxiously wanting to help us. We were already beyond pissed off. I told him exactly which employees just stared at us and did nothing. Word of advice — you want great service do not shop at this Conn’s. Great service is the Conn’s on W. Commerce. Ask for Surges Santa Cruz. He was absolutely GREAT to work with.

I was in this store and when I came out, they had a truck parked in front of my vehicle. That’s fine in general as they have to load things, but to work as slow as possible and chat while slowly loading one thing at the time shows that they have no customer service at all. I had to wait ten minutes because they couldn’t load fast, or move this truck out of the way. Last time they saw me.

I came because the Sunday insert advertised an HP Touchpad. I wasted a 12 mile drive to get here only to discover that they«ran out the day of the ad.» Needless to say, this was my first and my LAST trip to the cons at Conns.

The prices were nearly the same as the other big box stores. The selection has not as good as their competitors.
