We went to the pharmacy to fill our grandmothers chemotherapy drugs. They took our prescription and sent us on our way. We should have checked our bags, they forgot her anti nausea medicine! Of course the pharmacy was closed after we tried to get this fixed.
Unfortunately, the medicine wasn’t even entered in their system, so the 24 hour pharmacy in the medical center couldn’t help us.
This was the one medication she REALLY needed and they dropped the ball. Because of them, my grandma will spend the night over the toilet… thanks CVS

Pharmacy staff and cashiers were efficient and friendly like always.
Still better than Walgreens in every way.

From the pharmacy staff to the people who check you out at the front… AWLAYS have been greeted with a smile and a hello! Sometimes the little things matter more. This CVS has everything you need if you don’t want to deal with the whole HEB takes 5 hours to get out of the parking lot deal…

We’ve found that they underfill prescriptions as a standard practice. Today, their computer system was down and they couldn’t say when it would be back online. They wouldn’t release my son’s prescription until computer came back on. When asked what we would do if computers didn’t come back online before closing time they had no answer. Switching pharmacies.

This CVS is truly a neighborhood store for me, easily within walking distance. Their selection of every day needs never ceases to surprise me! The only thing I don’t see there that I would need is fresh produce — but hey, that’s not really their style.
