Terrible. Booked no smoking room. Was given a smoking room. Went down to get extra towels, told manager we had a dog with us. $ 15, no problem. Went back later and said ‘oh yeah, you gave us a smoking room by mistake’. He said that’s what they give for pets. I told him we had a pet AFTER we already had a room, he just lied without thinking I’d realize the timeline.
Property is poorly kept, 2 of 4 lamps didn’t work. TV barely worked– remote was universal that only controlled power, no channels or volume. Burn marks on furniture. Carpet probably had cooties in it.

I booked this place for a five night stay on
— big mistake! It is located next to an adult megaplex, the pool is outside and not well maintained. The AC in our room went out on the second day, and we had to change rooms. In the second room, the cord was cut on one of the lamps, the smoke alarm was missing and there was only one chair in the room. The staff was not friendly, as I was woken up by housekeeping at 8:30 one morning and when I requested towels, one of them was grossly stained. Would not recommend this place to anyone
