Denny’s

Terrible experience! Waited over 40 minutes with no confirmation from waitress that food was even close to being done. Worst service ever!

My food was cooked good and I enjoyed it. My family’s wasn’t as hot as it should have been. Place was fairly clean. The way the food was made was inconsistent with previous times. Waitress was nice and constantly checked up on us.

My family and I were traveling from San Antonio to Austin when we found this place. It was the thanksgiving day and all other restaurants were closed after 2pm. Savannah (our server) welcomed us with a big smile and took care of us very well. She was very patient with our orders and she was great! The food was great! Nothing less than any other Denny’s place. We were visiting from California and I am glad we took that exit and stopped there for Lunch.

Wow just Wow. Walked into Dennys tonight after having been a loyal customer for a very long time, I find out Vaping has been stopped, without any scientific proof and purely ignorant speculation by Sunil Mahajan,
, their district manager. I’m going to make sure I tell everyone I know to stop frequenting all the San Antonio Dennys and start going to Jim’s. You’re not getting another penny from me and I WILL make sure I post this on Twitter and other Social Media sites! Good Job on losing a bunch of customers, Sunil!!!

Service sucked, food was under cooked. Sent it back to the kitchen … came back under cooked still !! Zero stars. Do not eat here.

Worse place to eat breakfast! I would give 0 stars if I could. Been here 15min and still waiting for my food and it’s 6:20am! Only one server! Wtf! Ghetto people here too, I’m scared! Not my choice to come here.

Live nearby and went for a late dinner with the bf one night (okay, morning) around 1am.
Pretty generic diner food, with the usual grave shift employees whose attention is more on their regulars and/​or friends rather than customers and professionalism…
Had the veggie skillet and a cup of chili, both of which were surprisingly tasty, though I can’t quite understand the inclusion of broccoli in the omelet-​like dish. Bf went for the nacho burger, which was decent, but not anything noteworthy.
We also shared a custom shake: chocolate with Peanutbutter and banana, which was tasty but waaaay more calories than anyone should be consuming in a beverage. Interesting side note though: the calorie count online does not indicate whether it applies to the single serving glass or what you are actually given, which is the glass, plus the additional half-​full metal mixing glass, which is quite a large quantity. Guess you at least get your monies worth, for that item.

That was BAD! it was the worst Denny’s ever! We walked in and everything was dirty! There was forks, napkins, food… on the floor. We sat down, about 5 – 10 minutes lated our waited came and asked us what we wanted. We ordered coffee for me, water for my husband, appetizer and breakfast for me and breakfast for him. We waited about 10 minutes for our drinks. When we got the drinks he spilled my coffee on the table so I asked him for a napkin so I can wipe my table… (never got my napkin) also I had to ask for the silverware because he never gave it to us. So, our breakfast comes, we eat and then we wait again for him to come back. I never got a refill on my coffee and my husband never got a refill on his water. When he finally showed up, we told him we never got our appetizer and his answer was «well I guess I never wrote it done!» There was no sorry, nothing. He was pretty rude and acted like everything was ok. I was super pissed! When we were leaving, I told him how unhappy I was with that place and what a bad experience I had and all he said was «OK» .

Its only I want to say 1 – 2 miles from this Denny’s but what a difference!

Worst experience EVER! Just left and had to 1 star this place immediately but I will update why here soon enough. Anything and everything went wrong including my buddys fiancé getting hit on by the cook, it was that bad…

Really fast… if u get there before 2 AM.
