Love their little store you can walk through before or after dinning. Meatloaf is always my favorites for past ten years. Every location I go to it is always yummy. I did like our funny waitress. She surely gave us «spice» to our girls getting together time.

Super slow service. Took over 1 hour and 10 minutes to receive food. Food was not piping hot. One of my party members received cold, hard pancakes. Had to wait extremely long for server to bring out biscuits and corn muffins. Extremely disappointed!

The pancakes were a bit burnt and waiters came to our table about every 5 minutes to ask if we wanted coffee refills. After eating the pancakes, I began to get a stomachache and headache. There were not napkins presented and it was very packed and noisy.

To update… I also submitted an abbreviated version(they only give you a 1,500 character space to put in comments) of my review on the Cracker Barrel website. The next day, I had a missed call from the manager of this location, who apologized and said he would call back so we could talk about the situation… he never did. The Cracker Barrel corporate office sent me an apology letter the following week along with a voucher for a free meal… which we will use at their location near the airport, that we have been wanting to check out.

The service was great! I’ve been to a lot of Cracker Barrels and this one is one of the best.

The most glaring thing to me is that we were presented our bill before the food arrived. Who does that? I will say that our server was very friendly and seemed to be training a new employee. The new girl tried to bring us someone else’s food. When our food did arrive after a wait of close to fifteen minutes, I was very disappointed. I had ordered the open-faced Roast Beef Sandwich. I also ordered a side of green beans which they forgot to bring. The roast beef was only warm and not very tasty. The mashed potatoes had obviously been sitting around for several hours. My companion had ordered the Country Fried Steak and said it was pretty good but had the same opinion on the mashed potatoes. Up until this point I had never had a bad meal at Cracker Barrel(6 or 7 visits). I will probably visit them again, but if it turns out like this again, it will be my last visit.

Disappointed I have to pay for this meal. It’s all bland! The chicken fried steak is frozen, the dressing is stove top and the corn it straight out of the can. I will say the biscuits and Mac and cheese are great. Overall I ate it only because I had to pay for it. I will NEVER eat here again.

Never been to Cracker Barrel before it was ok, a lot of the food was bland needed some salt and pepper. It’s a cool concept and love all the choices they have. The service was amazing. Our serve was very kid friendly and very patient with us. Love that especially when you have 2 little ones and you can have a conversation with them.

This is that diner you go to for munchies, or just great breakfast, lunch and dinner. As well as good staff. Waitress Leneea wears her hair like Katniss, she pulls it off well. Lol

Good food, good atmosphere, great service. With Mr. Salinas at the helm this place has improved in the last two years. We eat here often and always enjoy the trip. Entrance can be a bit of a hassle at times as the on/off from the freeway always seems to be an issue. When that is fixed I’m sure it will improve even more.

My parents and I were in town visiting family for Thanksgiving! I got in to town a little late on Wednesday night and they waited for me to eat dinner so we went to Cracker Barrel because we all love the place! Also, it was next to the hotel and we were very hungry. We were seated immediately because it was very slow. Our waitress Ebony greeted us and got our drink orders and brought us some corn bread and rolls. The bottoms of the rolls ended up being a little hard like they had been sitting for a while but hey it was an end of the night… I cut off the bottom and dug in… I’m service industry so I decided not to complain. When she got back my dad ordered the Reuben, my mother ordered fried livers, & I ordered the roast beef plate. My dad said his Reuben was great, but the greens needed a little help so he doctored them with the condiments on the table. My moms chicken livers were pretty dry and she ate it with a lot of gravy. My roast beef plate was mostly fat which I picked around to eat the meat. As always the hash brown casserole was good but didn’t come out even warm. The vegetable of the day was cabbage and was very salty also like it had been sitting. My mom and I both sent back the cabbage and ask for greens and they did help! Overall it was by far my worst experience at Cracker Barrel. I realized it was the day before a holiday and the secondary kitchen staff may be on to work but it just wasn’t a good experience. I’d rather wait like we normally do because the food is good rather than have subpar food that comes out lukewarm and that is overcooked or sitting all day. I definitely will not be coming back to this location. And the only saving grace of the night was Ebony our waitress she was very professional but I’m sure was a little frustrated with the kitchen staff because she is on the front line and people tend to tip or not on things the server may not have control over.

After a long night drinking and watching the fight, greasy food came to mind. But my taste buds were saying breakfast. I love Cracker Barrel’s breakfast. We only waited for 10 minutes to be seated and our waitress was nice. It was a pretty busy Sunday so I was expecting our food to take a while. WRONG! She took our order and 15 – 18 minutes later came our food. I ordered the Big Momma’s breakfast and substituted Blueberry pancakes instead of regular one. Had the bacon and scrambles eggs along with coffee and water. I wanted to eat everything but unfortunately my belly said no. I should be thanking it. LOL The only thing I didn’t like is that my waitress checked on us once after giving us our food then proceeded to give us the check. I mean, we weren’t 5 minutes into our food. It almost feels like she was implying for us to hurry eat and leave so she can take the next customer and so forth. Oh well, I fix those with tips. Besides the«rush,» if I was in the area and craving my blueberry pancakes, I will come here again.

We got seated immediately(table for two) although it was very crowded. We were in a corner table, so we were worried we would get forgotten. However, our server was very polite and attentive. The eating area was clean and stocked(sugar, creamer, etc.). Our server would come back and check on us periodically. The check out line was ridiculous, so since we had time we decided to look around the market place. The sales associates were polite, attentive, and willing to assist, but were not pushy or annoying. I ended up buying a small ornament for my mom and they offered to gift wrap it at no extra cost. I’m very happy with the Cracker Barrel and made us remember why we miss the South.

I’m a big fan of Cracker Barrel, so I didn’t hesitate to recommend it for a family get-together. But this location proves that not all Cracker Barrel locations are created equal. We got an inexperienced server, but I won’t slam her for that – after all, everyone has to start somewhere. However, she had a surly demeanor that got worse as the evening went on. Every single order had something wrong with it, and most of the food was slung onto the plates with all the care of a school cafeteria. I don’t care that much about food presentation, but this was absurd. All in all, a very disappointing visit, and not at all what I’ve come to expect from Cracker Barrel. Maybe this was an off night, but I don’t think so. I don’t see us going back to this location.

Is ‘zero’ stars an option? Our family ate here last night… wife, kids and me… Service was ok, but the food portions were smaller than usual and simple things like being served food that is actually hot seemed to be a problem with this place. My wife’s chicken fried steak looked like something you’d buy precooked at Sam’s Club(nothing like the picture on the wall BTW) the fries were limp, greasy and cold, the carrots were barely room temperature and had no seasoning. To top it off, they over charged us by including each kid drink on the bill that was supposed to be included with the kids meals. This use to be a favorite place of ours, casual comfort food. Guess we will look somewhere else in the future.

I order the Chicken Fried Chicken with mash, green beans, and mixed veggies. The chicken was the only part of the meal with any flavor. The mashed potatoes were absolutely horrible. The ones I make at home out of a package are better. They weren’t thick and I had to salt them. The green beans were just as terrible. I’ve been to other CB locations and they’re ok but just that. OK. I guess you could say I’m not a big fan but there’s a reason for it. The food isn’t good. DONOT order the peach cobbler. It was… I can’t even describe it, guys. Don’t do it, trust me. Oh! The veggies with a dash of pepper was the best part of my meal.

Well, before I get started, I’ll answer the questions that are likely on your mind… Yes, I have been known to eat at CB. No, I am not ashamed. I wouldn’t say that I am a fan of CB, but on the road, I find that CB is usually pretty consistent in quality. Is it the greatest option? Nope. But, the food has never been bad. That is until my visit to this location. Before we get to the food, let’s cover a few things… Somehow, we managed to be seated immediately on a Sunday morning. I don;t know if that was a fluke or what. Problem was… we were ignored for about 15 – 20 minutes. The place is loud. Nightclub loud. I could barely hear across my table… and the place was barely half full. When the server, who had walked by us no less that a dozen times, finally got to us… she passed the blame to the other staff members. Bad form. Just apologize and move on. Coincidentally, I saw her do the same thing to a table seated behind us, who also went unacknowledged for about 15 – 20 minutes. I ordered the Uncle Herschel’s Favorite bfast. Grilled beef patty(don’t judge), eggs, hashbrown casserole, biscuits, gravy, and grits. Not relevant, but grits are nasty. Just sayin’. My beef patty, which was ordered medium, was shoe leather… dry and chewy. The hashbrown casserole was cold, salty, mushy, and pasty. Th biscuits were barely warm and dense. Gravy was cold and congealed… the best descriptor I could come up with is spackle. The eggs were perfect… and after a liberal dosing of hot sauce, the rest of the meal went down the gullet(sans the grits **shudder**). So, I know I shouldn’t have such high expectations. I didn’t…but from a national chain, I would expect a little more consistency form store to store. As I finished my drive home, I could feel the lump in my lower abdomen begging to be released. Next time, I’ll just stop for a coffee elsewhere and save myself the gut punch.

I love me some CB! My only complaint and reduction of stars comes from the noise level; CB was packed, echoey, and just plain loud!!! This did not make for an enjoyable meal. HOWEVER, no complaints about my delicious meal! Everything was delicious! The biscuits were soft, gravy peppery, and French toast just right!!!

Cracker Barrel is always there for me when I need my chicken and dumplings fix! Gosh, I really dig this place when I’m in the country state of mind. I go in for a quick dinner and order from the child’s menu, a child’s chicken and dumplings with a drink always hits the spot. The biscuits are always hot and have that Gunsmoke vibe to them, spread some jelly on those bad boys and forget about ordering that apple pie! The dumplings are cut thin with white chicken and the chicken broth is nice and hearty. Lunch special portions are small. The CB menu is huge with many dishes to choose from. The breakfast is out of this world, everyone in my family loves their hashbrown casserole. Cracker Barrel stays open late which is always great for me! Servers are awesome and incredibly attentive. DONOT let your mom or mamaw run loose in that gift shop!
