This started out as a five star review. Became a loyal customer from a casual customer in November. Today I had the worst experience of my life in the drive thru with the «shift leader» Amanda. It’s is tremendously rude to laugh at customers while placing their order. Having to repeat myself is annoying as well. The menu prices in the drive thru do not match the inside and what I pay fluctuates daily. Writing corporate resolves nothing. They forward your issue to the store owner that never calls. Amanda loves to tell customers that she can refuse service and to just «just get out of here» and «you’re the problem» when faced with a customer issue. She is in no way any representation of what customer service is or should be. She is the worst representation of a Dunkin employee and if she can’t take responsibility for her employee’s inappropriate behavior, then she needs to find a job more suited to her… Maybe making the sandwiches in the back because the one they served me today was ice cold. Oh and they held onto the receipt so I could send in the survey.

I love my new neighborhood here on the far West side… so much so that there are places here that aren’t as easily found in the Medical Center. Nothing wrong with that. One of the many places here that I am enjoying is Dunkin’.
On my way back to the condo/​townhome were are moving out of, my inner Homer Simpson screamed at me, «MMMM…DONUT!». So I gave in. Picked up six sour cream donuts, five glazed donuts (didn’t want to wait for that sixth one) and one vanilla cream filled donut. Added some FRESH Munchkins: jelly-​filled (MMMMMM!) and cinnamon spice flavored (MMMMMM!). The store was relatively busy, but the staff was right on with excellent service and very polite and helpful! Even when I had a five-​year-​old moment with the arrival of HOT, FRESH Munchkins, they were kind enough to sell them to me straight off of the tray! And the compliments on my Star Wars: The Force Awakens shirt from everyone (including patrons!) was enough to have me leave with a huge smile on my face.
To the Unilocaler who complained about his particular DD not having his favorite donut: you should have visited this location, dude!
New neighborhood, new businesses to Unilocal

The opening of a Dunkin’ Donuts near my house made me excited. The idea of fresh donuts within a mile of my house seemed heavenly. I ordered a dozen of donuts which was a mix of the original glaze, apple filled, white cream filled, and Bavarian cream donuts. The donuts were soft and fluffy. Service was very quick and smooth. My taste buds definitely prefer Shipley’s donuts, though I will never turn down donuts from Dunkin’ Donut. I am not a coffee drinker, but I heard that they have amazing coffee, even better then Starbucks. The overall quality of these donuts are good and do not go bad quickly. This is the perfect place near my house to satisfy any sweet tooth cravings I may have.

I cannot start my morning without a good cup of coffee. I used to pay $ 5 a cup elsewhere, but decided to move on. I spent a week going to different places searching for the perfect cup of coffee. Low and behold this place has the best coffee around. $ 2 a cup and the staff is super friendly. I am in and out in less than 2 minutes ready for my day.

Came in for iced drinks. We were unsure what to choose, since this location is a combined store… Baskin Robbins AND dunkin donuts… a whole lot of goodness packed in 1 place :) we asked for suggestion on iced drinks and ended up getting a french vanilla iced coffee and a Caramel coolata. The drinks tasted great and good customer service

I have to update my review to 1 star. The past 7 visits have been a string of incorrect drink concoctions. It’s very simple what I order. If the employees were prepared to listen when you ask how you can help them it could alleviate a LOT of issues. Having to repeat myself atleast 3 time per visit is super annoying and then when I get an incorrect drink out of it really ticks me off. Today my «pumpkin and caramel swirl iced latte» is a sugar free caramel iced latte. I’m not happy and I’m done with this location. Doing the dunking surveys does nothing as the owners never contact to alleviate irritated customers.

My wife loved this place. My kids were like children in a candy store. Friendly people. I strongly recommend.

Being that this is like the only Dunkin in this area– I make a stop here daily and I have never once left unsatisfied. The staff is SUPER friendly and always makes great drinks! Thanks for always being consistent!

Didn’t even know I liked Dunkin Donuts :) Donuts were fresh and soft but coffee was way too sweet. The staff was really nice but needs training on the different types of donuts since they didn’t know anything about them. I’ll still come back when I feel like a naughty treat!

One of the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to! They always have amazingly fresh and tasty donuts, fast and friendly service, and their staff is always friendly and helpful. We’ve been going to this location since they opened and this will continue to be our preferred Dunkin Donuts. They also give a military discount (which over locations including the one by Lackland) which is an extra bonus!

The service is amazing. Everyone is very helpful. A server named Jakob was very helpful. We ate inside and the food was good.

Open ²⁴⁄₇ and serves the entire menu all day! So much better than Starbucks!!! Staff was friendly and prices are great!

My sister and I love this place. We always stop by on our weekly «dunkin day» :) it’s never crowded when we go which is nice.

This place is very good when you’re craving something sweet! I usually order the same three donuts, strawberry jelly, Coconut Crème which is a doughnut coated with coconut flakes and filled with the pudding filling. (You know what I mean) and lastly the Barvarian which is a chocolate doughnut filled with the same pudding.
The bad side of it is that they don’t have a menu so when you want to go through the Drive Thru you have no idea on what kind there are.

Finally opened, they must of had a flooding problem on Saturday the 22 of November. The entire front of the house was wet.
Service was slow but worth the wait. I think the employees were still getting the hang of it. You can’t go wrong with donuts.

Location location location! Convenience is this place’s greatest attribute. Friendly staff too
