They need those Heat Resistant cups… I ordered a Hot Chocolate and had to wait for it cool down just so that I drink it. That could be bad for someone driving… We only go because my wife is from NY… there doughnut holes aren’t bad

The last of the great Dunkin’ Donuts all the other Dunkin Donuts in town are fakes. This location still wakes up to make the donuts from scratch! Everybody else gets them frozen.

This IS yer average donut shop. Plenty of parking. Interior was a bit messy. Staff less than impressive. Donuts: meh. «Espresso» okay.

Decent place to get decent coffee. Highly recommend avoiding the drive thru — they are extremely slow with drive thru orders for some reason.

I have stopped here about 3 – 4 times now, drive-thru. Consistently, whether or not I was asking for 1, 2, 3 coffees, took a minimum of 5 minutes to be ready. Coffee is fine, service could be faster. Thanks!

The staff is very helpful and upbeat. My family and I stopped by here this morning and bought a dozen donuts and five drinks,(donuts are a treat for us, not something we purchase often). They were out of the donuts my kids wanted but they made fresh ones in the back,(took maybe a minute max!). I had a special request for a donut from back home, it’s the bavarian crème donut without the crème and filled with lemon. She was able to make it for me! So excited and it tastes like home,(Michigan). I’m very pleased with this location and glad that they help us military families feel at home.

My review is just based on whenever I stop by from 5:30am – 8:00am, since I don’t go after that time frame. This is my go-to place for breakfast whenever I have to go to work early. They make my iced coffee right every single time and their doughnuts are always fresh. There was one time when my kolache was lukewarm but this place still gets 5 stars. They have very good selections and they are rarely out of stock. After going there few times, the staff will actually remember you and greet you by your name – something you rarely see these days.

Ugh. What is the big thing about Dunkin Donuts?! Every time I have been it has been disgusting. Just left the drive thru with luke warm watery coffee with a loose lid, a cold donut, & not one napkin. Get your quality swapped much?! Never again.

Loved it!!! The customer service is awesome, so friendly that I thought I might be in a commercial. The coffee and munchkins are delicious but the chocolate croissant gives S#%*bucks a run for their money. It was delicious and heavenly. Recommend this place all day long to anyone that will listen.

They gave the place a face lift. It has that modern sophisticated coffee house feel. As always great donuts. We got Teresa C. As our cashier. She was really nice and was recommending the donuts we picked out for our dozen. You can never go wrong with Dunkin.

It is a guilty pleasure. I don’t do it often, but would love to do it everyday! And this donut shop is great too! Seriously, early in the morning the staff gets you in and out. This location is clean and very well run. The pastries/donuts are tasty and fresh. There are a wide variety from which to choose along with the seasonal faves. Great coffee and hot breakfast sandwiches round out a nice commute intermission.

This is probably the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The customer service is outstanding and the staff is friendly. But they have the biggest selection of donuts and bagels that I’ve ever seen. And they are open 24/7, which used to be a staple for Dunkin’ Donuts, but most of them close early now. Dunkin’ should model their franchises after this store.

Came here after work and the donuts still felt and tasted fresh. Plus they have every DD K-Cup ever made for purchase. Wish these were more around town.

Pros: pretty good for a «fast food» donut; good selection; good service Cons: only one location thus far; few healthy options(though I understand this is a donut shop) My earliest memories of Dunkin’ Donuts go back to when I was a kid in middle school, working at my dad’s business in the summertime. As unhealthy as it might have been, there were times I ate at Dunkin’ both breakfast and lunch. In the mornings, I would gobble down two donuts. At lunch, I would always, always get the roast beef melt on croissant! A few years down the road, Dunkin’ Donuts began closing down all over town, being replaced by a local chain called River City Donuts. Imagine how sad I was! Eventually, San Antonio was left with only the Military Drive location and, more recently, a location inside the San Antonio International Airport. A year or two ago, I read articles that Dunkin’ Donuts would be expanding its national empire back into the San Antonio market, but that has yet to come to fruition. Dunkin’ has a good selection of donuts, all the way from French crullers to cinnamon rolls to bagels to regular donuts to cake donuts. I am partial to the unhealthier cake offerings, but their regular glazed donuts are very good too. Dunkin’ Donuts are different from the other big chain that we have in town, Krispy Kreme. They are also far superior, in my opinion. Dunkin’ Donuts offers breakfast and lunch sandwiches with a dizzying array of options including on toast, bagel, flatbread, croissant, tortilla, biscuit, and rolls. Sandwich options also include cheese, eggs, egg whites, bacon, sausage, ham, chicken salad, and turkey. To round things out, DD also has hash browns, oatmeal(don’t know how truly healthy this oatmeal is in terms of sugar though), cookies, danishes, muffins, and brownies. As far as beverages go, DD has decent coffee. Aside from the regular brewed coffee, DD also features hot coffee beverages like cappuccinos, lattes, chai, espresso, and hot chocolate. DD also has iced or frozen coffee options and iced or frozen non-coffee options such as iced tea and fruity slushes. Obviously, DD tries to appeal to a wide variety of tastes. One thing I do wish, however, is that Dunkin’ Donuts had a few more healthy options. Maybe a «light» donut. More egg-white or whole wheat options would also be a good thing if DD is attempting to attract a diverse clientele. Though this is a busy location, the service is usually fast and fairly courteous. I have never been through their drive-thru so I do not know the quality or speed of service there. For good donuts in San Antonio, Dunkin’ Donuts is one of the two that I would recommend.

I grew up with Dunkin Donuts and miss seeing them around town. Last Friday I wanted to surprise my team with a dozen different donuts. So I made my way to Dunkin Donuts and used the fast and friendly drive thru. The Cashier was nice and friendly serve with a smile. It made my day oh and my team loved there surprise not one donut was the same. I will come back for more sometime soon.

Need more of these. I’m originally from the east coast where Dunkin Donuts are more popular. San Antonio people need to wake up and discover that donuts are much better than breakfast tacos.
