Best DD. love love it. 3−6pm .99 cent iced coffee and iced tea which by the way is better than Bill Millers. They are awesome and super fast. I drive from olmos park.

This particular DD is very efficient and courteous. They have an excellent staff that knows their menu like professionals. Their iced coffees are fantastic here, some locations add too much flavor but their coffees don’t leave the little sugar granules, its always well mixed. Also, it seems to be the only DD I’ve ever run into that never runs out of bagels.

Extremely inconsistent. Today we ordered 2 «chocolate cream» doughnuts. There was NO cream inside. At all. I will post a photo but I am pissed!

I’m a big Dunks fan(full disclosure) so it’s hard for me not to like this place. The staff are very friendly and the coffee is what you expect from Dunkin Donuts. My biggest issue is the wait sometimes. I have stood in line here for 20 minutes with only four people ahead of me. I’m not sure if they were backed up with the drive through, but I don’t go here anymore if I’m in a rush. Other than that, it’s nice to have a little taste of home out here in Texas.

I was so psyched to learn of this DD. In my experience the employees are friendly and accurate. The manager has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion for me. Working in the area, I frequent this location for their coffee often. As a perk, they offer a teacher and military discount. I have no complaints here.

I currently live in a city where there isnt a Dunkin Donuts so to have the opportunity to visit one was huge for me. They never disappoint. I tried their iced coffee with cookie dough flavoring and it was delicious(the first time I got it too sweet but the second time was absolutely perfect). If you want a good breakfast, besides donuts, try the #8 or the big n toasty. The hashbrowns were the best hashbrowns I have ever had at a fast food establishment; extremely addictive as well. Another thing was the staff was super friendly. I went in there with kids and anyone who works with you when you have kids who are indecisive are always great in my book. Dunkin Donuts never fails me!

Personally, I don’t review chain stores, but I felt some of the reviews for this place is bit unfair since the place is clean, donuts are good and service is good every time I swing by here.

Went through drive-thru, ordered sausage, egg and cheese croissant and potatoes but got a bacon, egg and cheese bagel no potatoes. Epic customer service fail.

Okay I’ve been here more times than I care to admit because I’m suppose to only doing«healthy» things — but this is a great treat. I’m not sure that its a good thing to be a regular at the donut shop — but I kinda am :) — and my co-workers love me for it, my waistline, will see — but been jogging more to offset :) This location is «mostly» convenient — other than the Starbucks, not many options on Walzem for coffee, donuts, breakfast, etc. But if you are on the opposite side of the street you have to do a weird u-turn thing and the parking lot is not that easy to get in and out of. I tried to get out and actually went through the drive through on accident and got stuck :(– kinda defeats the purpose of running in and running out. I have to take off some stars for that. Would love it if they could fix it to make it easier to get to from all directions. I’ve bought several boxes of donuts for co-wokers — I’m okay with a random variety or just plain donuts, most ppl are just happy to have a donut :) — but when I think of Dunkin Donuts from when I was a kid, it was all about that sugary jelly donut and the powdered donuts. I also haven’t tried the coffee. But I did notice that they have a lovely shelf of pre-made gift and treats — so good to know if you have to run out for a last minute gift — and an alternative to other coffee places. The customer service is great and they get people in and out pretty quickly — there is normally a good steady crowd of ppl in when I have stopped in. I find that they seem to still be getting their groove, its a new store, but they seem to be getting faster and more comfortable each time I come in and they seem to want to try to be helpful and caring. The décor bright and inviting — totally built for you to stay and get comfy and on my last visit I saw a few people doing just that — its light and airy — and a different vibe than the dark wood and colors of Starbucks — not in a bad way, its just different. Make no mistake, they have free wi-fi and tables outdoors and inside — for you to get comfy and hang out in. What I also like about this location is that they have a Baskin-Robbins. I haven’t seen on that is super close in the area — maybe one in Alamo Heights area — but I picked up an icecream cake on my last visit and it was a great hit! And so convenient. I am not sure if they will make one to order, but they had a decent selection to choose from in the freezer and it was great for my event to pick up something a lil different. The other option may have been a Dairy Queen, but its kinda out of the way so I have to be purposeful about picking up an icecream cake — this was a last minute thought since it was located nearby my event and work.

Once a staple in my life during my Connecticut times dunkin donuts in the south is a let down. They don’t train people and fail to have a variety of donuts ready for their customers. I went on a Saturday around dinner time and ordered a red velvet latte. Since nobody knew how to make it they completely opted out on my order. Eventually I hassled someone and they read their way through the recipe. Also the only donuts they had available were the plain donuts and the red velvet donuts… for being a donut shop you’d assume they’d have more on hand. Customer service was lacking and trash cans were topped off to make it worse. Very disappointed.

Quite simply this is my justification for the low review of this particular spot: 1. The Dunkin Donuts essentials, like jelly donuts are never available here among other favorites! The donut selection leaves little to be desired. 2. The service is very unprofessional. The employees seem aloof and clueless. 3. The Store design seems uncannily like Starbucks which seems ridiculous since it already has its own distinct identity. The DD shirts that seem to mock Starbucks have zero humor and the irony seems to be lost. 4. The donuts are dry and never seem fresh. 5. The much hyped coffee is just that. It’s funny since I went there recently they ran out of coffee and weren’t concerned about making a fresh batch. Go down the street on Walzem and grab a cup of Starbucks, which is roughly the same, the price anyway. I love me some Dunkin Donuts! I’m stoked to see their sugary renaissance spreading across this town like wildfire. The one on NW Military is pretty good. The newly opened one on Nacogdoches Rd., though consistently packed, cooks up freshly made donuts. This location misses the mark terribly. The employees here treat you like you are bothering them. In addition it is across the street by a nearby high school, so in essence it is a teeny bopper hangout. But then again if this does not suit you you can always go through their drive thru so they can tell you they don’t have the donuts you want. The rule of thumb for me is that you can have bad service but the food better be immaculate! Similarly, for me you can have mediocre food but the service and experience better be equal to that. But when you have both, like at this DD location well… take your 12 bucks for a dozen donuts elsewhere!

We’ve gone to this place 3 times and each time they never had what we wanted. I know they are still new(sort of haven’t really gone back for a couple weeks now) but they just had so many issues that we just stopped going. I’ll give it a couple of months once the staff and managing has finally gotten settled.

finally it’s opened. went 2 get 1 of their delicious blueberry donuts, but sadly they didn’t have n e today. how u gonna have no blueberry donuts? it’s iight, went and got a strawberry frosted doughnut, MUTHAFUCKINORGASMIC, DELICIOUS, LIPSMACKINGGOODNESS. Hell, might get this again if they don’t have n e blueberry again, but really they need blueberry donuts. Nice modern setting inside, drive thru outside. Plus it’s right down the street from home. Donuts, Ice Cream, Frozen Drinks. I’m bout 2 catch diabetes with all these sweets.

Another dunkin donuts in San Antonio! Nice modern décor with a Baskin Robins inside as well. This location is very convenient for me and is nice to be able to get a coolata or iced coffee. The service here is fast and friendly compared to the other location on Nacogdoches Road. Over there it could take more than 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Here, I got four different drinks(hot and iced coffee and two coolatas) and it took less than 10 minutes. Also for a limited time they are offering free medium hot and iced coffee. Can’t wait for other DD’s to open!

New DD in town! Showed up on its inaugural day at 5:15 am. to scope it out. They already had a few customers in line and everyone worked quickly and cheerfully to take care of customers. There is free wi-fi available and the seats are cool– nice modern feel. I was approached by an employee who informed me that they had boxes of dozens of donuts ready to go, and that apparently, those had already been a good seller. There seemed to be a few loose ends to take care of in the store, but that is understandable. Glad to see San Antonio have more Dunkin Donuts around! Way to go!
