All I can say is WOW!!! A VERY GOOD WOW! This place is fantastic. After being disappointed with a long relationship with a former mechanic due to change in ownership, we had to find a new shop. Fixed a problem with my AC in less than an hour after I had taken it on at least three times to my former mechanic who said they couldn’t find what was wrong. They are very kind and courteous, and even followed up with a house call to make sure everything was working well. WHAT!!! Almost don’t want to share this post so that they won’t get overwhelmed with business. Hard to believe there is a place like this in San Antonio.

Had a great experience with these guys. Told them exactly what I wanted and they were able to get everything done I asked for. Gave them a ton of things to work on and it was performed with professionalism and courtesy. Liked the work so much I went back to get my AC worked on. Got it done in a day and props to Lou, he stayed after hours to wait for me so I could pick my Jeep up for the weekend. That’s service!

I agree with everyone! These people are HONEST and you can tell they really LOVE what they do!
The price I was given was LOW compared to what most mechanics charge so I really appreciate the honesty at EC.
I’ll be taking my car here from now on!

Fast and friendly service. They evaluated several problems I was having and were able to fix them all without the massive cost I was worried about. And they even vacuumed my front floor boards and cleaned the dash! I’m a very happy customer and will absolutely recommend them to others.

The folks at EC Quality Car Care really go above and beyond to help you with your car issues. They are service oriented– will drop you off, present options to you, and are totally trustworthy. They treat you and your vehicle as if it were their problem. They really are a quality care care business.

Great place! He is very honest and trustworthy, and actually told me things I should do for my car to see if I could fix the problem to save me time and money. He beat every mechanic within a 10 mile radius and is a good person, and good business. I cannot recommend them enough.

Every time I have gone there I have received prompt service and excellent customer service. Husband and wife team are very nice and helpful! The last 3 times we have taken our cars there, they have beaten the price (and by alot!) of our regular mechanic, who is also a friend and a neighbor? Hmm. I have been extremely happy with their work and price and they will be my first stop from now on.
