It’s hard to come by the level of customer service and quality merchandise I received from Express Casket. In fact, it’s practically non-​existent in this day and age. These nice people went out of their way to make sure the beautiful casket arrived on time for our loved one’s funeral. I ordered it on Monday and it arrived in California on Wednesday. Uncommonly fast shipping. I happened to be at the mortuary when the casket was delivered and actually watched it being unpacked. I can attest to the meticulous packing job. It arrived in immaculate condition. During the unpacking, even the mortuary staff, who see and handle hundreds of caskets, was impressed by its high quality and asked what company I bought it from! I saved our family thousands of dollars buying from Express Casket and would recommend them without reservations. We got top-​of-​the-​line merchandise at an affordable price by bypassing the mortuary’s mark up. I was also grateful for the privacy of shopping online under such stressful circumstances.
